Sending more cards, and getting them there on time.
I think I’m late, but I hope to win anyway!
Make cards using the card ideas that I have bookmarked in past catalogs. I have about 5 years of card ideas to try. Also to use the “new” supplies I have before they become obsolete!
My resolution this year is to actually mail cards, i seem to hoard them instead of mail them!!!
I have a vacation scrapbook that I started working on and would love to finish updating all of our years of vacation memories.
My resolution is to actually send more of the cards I make. Have ordered the Perpetual set to help me plan and be organized.
My goal is to organize my stampin’ items, and to make more cards to send to family and friends.
My goal is to get and keep my stamping room organized! Wish me luck 😉
My goal is to actually use all the stuff I’ve been buying!
My goal is to create and share more cards!
Happy New Year! My #1 crafting resolution is to take more time to create and get my crafting area organized. Thank you!
My crafting resolution is to use what I have to make my cards, then to buy MORE!! Happy New Year Mary!
I pledge to keep my craft/stamping room organized so I can dive in at any time to create those cards I yearn to make!
Use all my NBU stamps!
I love the colors you used on this card!
My resolution is to use my stash of DSP!
My resolution is to get my cards sent out on time. I’m always late!!
My resolution is to get more organized. My crafting space is a mess and I keep misplacing things. Time to figure out some new storage ideas and get it organized!
To get my craft room back into an organized and fun place to be!
To make more cards ahead of time so I have one available in a pinch!
Definitely would be to attend a few classes but most importantly would be to make and send more cards in 2018!
To do more crafting and making cards….and getting them organized…
I intend to send (and make more homemade cards). In fact, what inspired me is my SU demonstrator in Illinois who does a “blog a day” and started doing it in June. She has motivated me!
I’d like to finish my stash of Paper Pumpkin kits. Thanks!
I just recently moved. Now I am going to get my stamping space organized because I miss stamping. Time to relax and do alot of stamping. I am the greeting lady for the park I moved to so I need to get a supply of greeting cards ready to send out when needed.
Thanks for the chance to win Mary! I would like to get my space very organized. Then I would like to be ahead of the game and have a stash of cards on hand for when the occasion arises instead of making them the night before! I enjoy crafting but want to carve out more time on a weekly basis.
I’d like to use up what I have – DSP that I’ve hoarded.
I’d like to use up what I have – especially the little scrap pieces of DSP.
I am really hoping to finish more of my projects that are half done!
I want to try new techniques using my current stash of stamps, dies, and embossing folders. Casing the caddies for ideas and use up my old DSP. The new DSP is so beautiful, but I’m limited on storage. I need to use old so I can purchase new products.
I REALLY need to use some of my paper stash. I love paper & it takes no persuasion at all to buy a new booklet of coordinating paper. Sort of like my quilting stash!
My resolution for this year is make and send birthday cards to my immediate family members and my close friends. They love getting them from me and I need to do a better job at getting that made and mailed.
My crafting resolution is to make some Christmas cards every month so I’m not rushed at holiday time !
My 2018 resolution is to work more on designing male cards.
I resolve to prep and send out more cards to my dear loved ones using Stampin Up products of course. ?
My new year crafting resolution is to do more stamping and enjoy it – without the worrying/nagging feeling that I should be doing something else – like cleaning house, etc. Also need to use up my DSP – I keep searching the web for great uses of designer papers that don’t involve card making or scrapbooking (I found a great one making snowflakes or chains for the tree). But alas I still have a lot of paper to use.
My new year crafting resolution is to stop hoarding my dsp and use it up. So hard when it is so pretty. Darn paper.
I hope to send more cards to the older people I know —who enjoy getting mail (and being remembered).
Mary, you look so relaxed sitting in your leather chair,
.
I am going to use my DSP more and keep my stamp room neat.
Use the DSP more and try to keep my stamp room tidy.
Mary, you look so relaxed sitting in your leather chair
My resolution is to use up some of my stash and to share my love of stamping with others
Wow! Such cute blog candy. Thank you for the opportunity to win. My crafting resolution would be to use up the three- two and a half gallon size ziploc bags full of paper scraps on my cards and scrapbooking layouts. I don’t like throwing anything away and have acquired quite the paper scraps collection! Now, on to projects in the making!! 🙂
My stamping resolution is to use the stamp sets that I haven’t used or touched yet. And maybe use some of my paper collection.
to get my craft room more organized so I can create more gorgeous cards. Love those dies and see through stamps and there is little space in them than in the wood stamps
to get my craft room more organized so I can create more gorgeous cards. Love those dies and see through stamps and there is little space in them than in the wood stampss.
I will focus on organization in my stamp room. This will allow me to be more creative and spend more time stamping, less time being frustrated trying to find things!
My #1 crafty goal (I don’t make resolutions!) is to learn and practice new techniques.
I need to reorganize my stamping area so I can get back to making my cards.
To spend more “me” time doing what I love…paper crafting and card making.
Yes – I am a S.U. Hoarder especially of DSP — but not in 2018!! My goal is to stamp more using my creativity with the papers I’ve collected — so I can buy more!!
My resolution is to get my craft room more organized and to get more creative.
My resolution is to find and organize all my stamps and papers. We have recently moved out of state, and finding and unpacking the Stampin Up boxes I need for each project has been a challenge.
My #1 resolution is to make time each week to work on my scrapbooking or card making. I realize that is the one thing I would most like to do on a regular basis. Organizing and scrapping family photos brings me great joy.
I want to spend more time with my 8 year old grandson stamping.
One of my goals for 2018 is to create my Christmas cards all throughout the year. When December rolls around, I’ll be all set!
I plan to use the paper I buy instead of hoarding it and sending out the cards I make.
I plan to complete the card projects that I started long ago and get them ready to mail to family and friends to brighten their days.
I was told in December I would be losing my job in June. I love Stampin Up products and would love to make money at this wonderful hobby. So I would really like to get my ducks in a row and be ready to hit the road running come July!
I would like to find more time to be creative.
I would like to also budget my spending better.
Be more selective with choices…
My goal is to get in my craft room and create/organize 3 times a week.
What a cool blog candy 🙂 My resolution is to go through my old stamps and get rid of the ones I no longer use to make room for all the good new stuff 🙂
Thank you for the opportunity to win! My resolution is to find more time to spend in my craft room. 🙂
#1 Creative resolution is to be more organized!! I can’t work without having supplies and “stuff” everywhere. I spend a bunch of time looking for things! When something is in the right place it is so nice.
My resolution this year is to make my cards ahead of time and have them ready when I need them instead of scrambling to make a card I need, right now.
#1 Creative resolution is to be more organized!! I can’t work without having supplies and “stuff” everywhere. I spend a bunch of time looking for things! When something is in the right place it is so nice.
I hope to donate cards to a number of local groups. I some cases, it will bring a smile to a face. In other cases, it will bring dollars into a needed art program for children.
My 2018 resolution is to have cards on hand to use instead of scrambling when an event occurs.
My resolution is to organize my work space so I can easily find items to craft with. This will also help in being able to make more cards.
I have finally culled my excess to a manageable level and I can’t wait to finally start buying the new and improved products!
Use up the papers I have here, but there is always new papers that get me.?
You are amazing!!
I am looking forward to getting organized so I can see what I have and find what I want!
My papercrafting resolution is to keep all my papers organized so I can grab & craft.
I want to spend more time crafting and use the paper I have instead of hoarding it like paper will never be available again. ?
To put card greetings in all the cards I have made that I didn’t have enough time to finish! Reorganize my craft space.
I’m hoping to have the opportunity to make more cards. It is so fun and relaxing.
My resolution is to use dsp and quit hoarding it!
I need to use more dsp! I buy it because it is so beautiful and never use the whole package
I’m going to design more of my own cards… confidence and creativity will help to produce pretty cards that my friends and family will appreciate!
I want to stay organized. I always to be in a rush; making last minute cards or tags. My craft room becomes a disaster because I am onto the next thing. I would love to have a stash of cards and tags all ready to go AND put everything away so my space stays clean and neat!
Love the color combos on your sample cards! Beautiful designs!
My resolution is to work on organization!
I want to post some of my cards for my Stamp Camp group to see during the snowy months. This will allow me to stay connected when we can not meet face to face and stamp.
I would like to get my cards made well ahead of time so there is no last minute rush to get them sent out on time.
Resolution to just get my card making stuff organized.
My paper crafting resolution is to use more of my designer series paper on my cards so I can order more!! Out with some old, in with the new!
I visit your blog daily and enjoy reading about your projects. My resolution is to set aside a little time each day to work on making cards. I’d also like to donate more of my cards to charity groups rather than storing them on my shelf. Thanks for the chance to win your generous blog candy.
My resolution is to make more simple but “Wow” cards!
My resolution is to have my kids’ and grandkids’ and great-grandkids’ birthday cards and Mother’s Day/Fathers Day cards (all 30 or so of them!) done and mailed on time!
I want to become more of a stamper and less of a stamp collector!!! Seriously, just want to spend more time playing with stamps and ink and just have fun.
HMMM. So many resolutions. one is to no more DSP. I have tons!!!!
I have to use at least one of my existing stamps, make as many cards as I can even if cased and then pass it on – for a new one.
My resolution includes making some Christmas cards and gift tags now (but still make some with the wonderful new stamps that will come out later in the year!) to save time during the Holiday season. Also, to share some of the beautiful paper I’ve been “collecting”. Happy New Year!
This is a great question. I will be making cards and sending them. I did make a birthday card yesterday. I felt so good! Thanks
To be on time sending out all my cards to family & friends. To use more of hoarded DSP so I can buy more. Thanks for the chance to win
Some of the DSP that I have been hoarding certainly should be used so that is my goal in 2018. Often when making a card I forget that DSP should and could be used in its design. Thanks for the chance to win blog candy. So enjoy your blog and the inspiration it offers.
My goal is to put some organization and neatness to my stamping area so I can go in there and create any time. To always leave the room neat! Pray for me Ha!
Be more creative and original with my paper crafting!
I am going to do something crafty once a week and send more cards out to show others they are being thought of:)
Improve my blog to create more traffic!
To make extra cards so I have some back ups.
To craft more often.
My 2018 resolution is to use the products such as dsp and stamp sets I have to their maximum!
My 2018 goal is to organize my craft room and find time every week to make birthday and special occasion cards for friends and family, as well as my church family.
My goal is to force myself to crank out a few new Christmas card prototypes NOW, while I still have a Christmas frame of mind. The result being that I don’t wind up recycling old patterns/designs next November when I’m pulled it too many different directions!
My papercrafting resolution is simplicity. I love making complicated designs for cards, but I have declared this my year of simplicity, so that goes with my cardmaking!
My 2018 resolution is to organize my craft room and clean out some of my unused product. I have quite a collection!
To finish getting organized in my craft room and to donate some of my crafting supplies to my grandchildren’s school.
My 2018 resolution is to find more time to have fun paper crafting. I don’t know how I’m going to do it, but I’m determined to!
I have committed to making homemade birthday cards each month so I am ready when a birthday rolls around and can mail it ON TIME! 🙂
Thanks for the chance at blog candy Mary, this is an awesome set!
More time for me to stamp and make cards!!!!
I would like to get more cards made and mailed on time. Less belated birthday cards this year!
Thank you for the chance to win such great products, Mary.
I would like to get some more scrapbooking of my niece done
My resolution is to make lots of cards with old dsp and deliver them to lonely elders in nursing homes in my community.
My resolution is to make 2018 my best card/craft making year ever!
I plan to spend more time crafting cards and then of course sending them! Any excuse to send a handmade card!
I will send lots more birthday cards!
Use my hoarded designer series papers. Gift more people with cards. Send encouraging notes each week. Be more bold to invite people to come over and stamp with me!
My #1 resolution for 2018 is to rejoin Stampin Up
My resolution is to encourage people more with cards in 2018
I need to place a greater importance on scheduling time for crafting… it is my therapy after all.
Do something creative everyday- even if it is just to make a single card.
I want to clean my stampin space and use ALL my products. Sometimes they get lost in the shuffle and I buy stuff I don’t use. Hmmmm….maybe I’m buying too much! LOL!
I would like to make more time for stamping cards. I always send stamped cards but usually am rushing to throw one together too fast. I would like to make up thank you cards, birthday cards, sympathy cards etc. that I can use through the year, ones that are more special because I don’t rush to make something super fast. Thanks for a chance to win!
My goal is to organize my craft supplies and craft room so I can actually use what I have.
I need to make more cards and send more cards in 2018.
My number #1 paper crafting resolution for 2018 is to give away a massive number of cards. Not only mail a huge number of cards out but to give away blank cards to family, friends, charities, etc. As a card lover I would like to help others share in the joy of cards. I love the process of looking and touching paper, enjoying the colors and designs. I am addicted to paper and I am fine with it. I will definitely need to keep a running tally of my goal in 2018.
I have challenged myself to use EVERY stamp set I have in my stash…wish me luck!
Happy New Year! My #1 paper crafting resolution is organization. We moved last year so it is a perfect opportunity to rebuild a new craft space.
Thank you for the opportunity to win new goodies.
Kate
Relocate my craft room to a bigger room in our house, keep it clean and actually work in that room rather than bringing everything upstairs to my kitchen or dining room table! And use up all the DSP that I tend to never want to part with!
Using up as much of what I have at home. As I age, finances are getting tighter and tighter with the cost of living as it is. It’s still tough to resist the new items as they come out but my goal is to spend less this year!!! Now, if I can only truly do that!! Happy New Year!
Last year I was determined to donate cards to several organizations including Operation Gratitude and various children’s hospitals and this year I will do the same but upping the number of cards this year! Last year was about 500 so my goal is even more.
My number one goal is to just get in my craft room and experiment more. I make and send many cards but it’s always on a deadline so I am in a rush. I plan to play and have more cards on hand , ready to send when I need one or more. I will enjoy that so much more.
We are moving in a couple of months, so I am hoping a new craft room to plan & organize will help me to be more creative with all of my supplies.
I plan to use some of your very helpful craft room makeover ideas to accomplish this goal.
Thank you for your inspiration & a chance for some wonderful blog candy!
I am going to use the new set where I can have all the upcoming birthdays and anniversaries noted in one place. And try to make enough ahead so I am not always sending out late greetings.
When I read the question, my first thought was to keep my craft room more organized in order to more quickly find the things I know I have. Then making a card wouldn’t take so long and I’d be more productive. Thanks for the chance to win blog candy. Have a great day, Mary.
Number One resolution is to work on my Christmas cards all year, so I’m not doing them all the week after Thanksgiving again! Love your blog!
I love the opportunity to win these fun Sale-a-bration sets love your daily SU ideas on your blog!!! Thanks Mary!
My plan is to make more SU cards to share with family and and to have more gatherings to share how easy it is to make your own cards.
Nancy
Make a card daily!
Thank you, Mary, for the opportunity to win and for your great art and inspiration!
This year I would like to practice technique and remember family and friends with birthday cards and cards for other celebrations!
I want to step out my comfort zone and try new techniques and not be afraid of making a mistake and starting over. I have to teach myself that mistakes make perfection.
I really want to strive to play along with some challenges each week in an effort to get more in more stamp time. I’m constantly inspired by your ideas. Thank you!
Thank you for the giveaway, Mary!!
My 2018 Stamping goal is to better organize my stamps in order to know what I actually have and prevent buying the same things multiple times.
My #1 goal is to have my Easter cards and projects all finished by March 1st so I’m not stressed doing holiday crafting literally at the last minute like always…I’ll enjoy my creative time more this way.
Resolutions? By the end of February I have usually broken any resolutions I made in January! Am I the only person who does that? However, I have resolved to (1) finish some unfinished projects (baby albums for my 3 children) and (2) use up some of my hoarded supplies so I can purchase some of the new DSP for Valentine projects! That paper is about the prettiest paper I’ve seen in a long time.
Hopefully to get my craft room organized so that it will be so easy to find everything that I need when getting ready for a class. Thanks so much for the chance to win your blog candy!
To sort and organize my papers!
Become more organized….I hope!
In 2018, I’m hoping to try new techniques while organizing my crafting space to make better use of my time
My resolution is to hand more cards out to people I don’t know hoping to make them smile more
I am new to card making but have always wanted to make my own cards for family and friends and at last have the time to begin learning and putting together the stamps I love and other supplies. I like simple cards with color and I am very excited as I watch the videos and learn the amazing ways to create lovely cards.
Can anyone attend OnStage? I would like to know more. Thanks so much.
My resolution is to make more of my beautiful hand made personally designed cards and to make multiples of them so I have one to keep and several to share; I am also resolving to and working toward growning my Stampin Up hobby/ business. I am essentially a hobby demonstrator since August 2014 with a small customer base , but as my skills grow I am growing my sales as well. I am going to great lengths to organize my craft space better. Also I have quite a few new and unused stamp bundles than I fully resolve to use in 2018. However, I love my dsps and cannot resolve to use those! I’ve got to keep a few of my very favorites!
One lasr resolve is to do all I can to attend OnStage this year!
I will simply stamp. Due to a personal loss I have been derailed for 18 months. My card ministry has no stock, and no has received a BD card from me in that time. I will stamp. Thank you.
My resolution is to make more of my beautiful hand made personally designed cards and to make multiples of them so I have one to keep and several to share; I am also resolving to and working toward growning my Stampin Up hobby/ business. I am essentially a hobby demonstrator since August 2014 with a small customer base , but as my skills grow I am growing my sales as well
I have gotten pretty organized with my supplies and also stay on top of sending birthday cards, etc. What I really need to do is try new techniques and make more elaborate cards. I’ve never considered myself very creative and am very pleased when someone tells me how much they appreciate my cards. I thoroughly enjoy your website. Thank you for the opportunity to win a gift from you.
To try some new paper crafting techniques I learn from you!!
To start using all my paper and card stock instead of just looking at it and saving it.
I am redoing my craft room to make it feel warmer and welcoming and my goal is to make more cards to send out to people and hopefully make someone’s day by receiving my card.
I will try to organize my paper and embellishment supplies so I can use them up before buying more.
I have two resolutions this year: 1. That my crafting space be more organized so that I can enjoy what I love most, making cards. It’s really hard to get inspired in an unorganized space. 2. Use my DSP. I love SU DSP. It is beautiful. I am afraid if I use it for a project, I will find another project that I like better and won’t have it. How silly. Thank you for the chance to win such a lovely package
My 2018 crafting resolution is to keep my work area more organized. (Should I have said, “TRY and keep my work area more organized?)
Happy New Year!
Mine would be to create more in general.
Thanks for a chance to win.
My goal is to incorporate my growing pile of gorgeous DSP into my cards. I often find myself using plain colored card stock run through an embossing folder because I don’t have to think so much about whether it looks right.
My crafting resolution for 2018 is to reorganize everything so I can enjoy what I have, and make room for some new!
My goal is to make more cards for Ministry of Compassion mission at church. This will fulfill another resolution of using up saved cardstock and DSP.. Thank You!
My crafting goal this year is to stamp at least 3 days a week.
This year for papercrafting I want to use the things I have ordered but never used and I’m going to quit hoarding pretty DSP.
I just love this bundle! The card you made is amazing! Thank you for sharing.
I would like to use up some of the DSP that I have. My, how the stash has grown! Hope I can accomplish this one goal this year.
I want to make at least one scrapbook layout per month.
My resolution is to get better organized and to get my cards made and mailed out on time and to get project I have started and finished.
To make time for stamping, at least once a week.
I will attempt to use colors that have set idle most of 2017. It’s time to try some new color combinations!
Hi Mary! My plan is three-fold: dedicate more time daily for creating cards, send out more cards and use up my stash of DSP. Lofty goals,I know, but I think it can be done! LOL! 😉 Thank you for being such an inspiration to all of us!
My crafting resolution is really about my space… I want to streamline my stamping space. This includes organizing, letting go of things that I no longer love to use, and placing tools and supplies in better places so that whenever I want to sit down and create, I can do it (without moving stuff or searching for stuff lol).
Make 2 cards every time I make one to send and drop the extras at a retirement home. A bonus would be to use up some of my hoarded dsp
My New Year’s scrapbooking/cardmaking resolution is to get “caught up” on my scrapbooks. I have LOTS of stuff to add to our grandchildren’s scrapbooks and a couple vacation scrapbooks to finish.
I hope to send more cards this year. I love to create cards & they don’t lift anyone’s spirit if I just keep them in my craft room!! No. #2 resolution is to use my DSP…….another item that doesn’t do much spirit lifting if it never gets out of my craft room!! To a new & productive 2018!
My 2019 resolution is to make more unique cards for my 23 grandchildren! I often make a set of the same cards for the boys and for the girls, with a separate set for the younger children. This year my goal is to create unique cards for each one, as I was able to do in the past. The problem is that they are now a HERD!! LOL
My goal for this year is to stay on track with doing a monthly card swap with my sister who lives in another state. It is our way to bond and stay in contact within our busy lives. I also want to be better about sending cards and not just keeping all the ones I make! Lol
My New Year’s resolution is two-fold – use more designer paper in my card creations and set aside time each week to work on my blog. I truly love the elegant simplicity of the card you posted today – color coordination is so wonderful – you always have the nack of complete balance, something I try to work on daily.
Thank you for the opportunity to win these 2 special products
I hope to make more cards for our church. We sell them as “Cards for Missions” and give all funds towards a variety of mission projects.
My 2018 paper crafting goal is to have cards ready and waiting to be sent rather than made at the last minute.
Use more of my stamping supplies and make more than birthday cards! Love your blog!!
I’m going to meet up with a friend & we’re going to get a BIG jumpstart on birthday cards for 2018!
My #1 crafting resolution is to send out the majority of the cards I make. There is no reason to be “saving” them. Instead…set them free!!
I want to be more organized with my stamps, paper, dies and punches.
First, I want to say, thank you for an Amazing offering, Mary! I need to use up many saved favorite designer papers. I have been using them on envelopes and placing inside cards that need a little protection so I can empty those pkgs. and make room for the new kids on the block~
Make my Christmas cards early this year not wait until December
What a fun question! My 2018 crafting resolution is to use more of the gorgeous SU DSP (old and new) and have others enjoy the beauty of it by sending them homemade cards. Enjoy this beautiful day!
I plan to send more handmade cards this year! I have a habit of making them and not sending them!
Purge, purge, purge. I need to get organized again and the only way I can do this is to sell what I do not use.
I vow to send the boxes of cards I have made, or donate them to a worthy cause. …. and I promise myself I’ll try to work at hoarding DSP. Notice I said try.
I need to find more time to get inky (yes, need). I also would like to stretch myself and use new techniques, styles and mediums.
To make my daughter’s wedding invitations!
My papercrafting 2018 resolution is to use more of my DSP. Thanks for the chance to win!
I have become paralyzed with all the choices I have.
So my resolution (which I have started) is to clean, organize, purge and create.
My 2018 resolution is to use up some of the MANY supplies I already have here and try to pare down the stash a little bit.
I plan to use more of the stamp sets and products that I own but have not used to make my cards this year, always seem to gravitate to the same stamps and sets.
Organize my DSP and use it more!
Create once a week!
Always trying to get more cards made & sent! I should use up more of older DSP but LOVE new designs!! I’ll work on that! 😀 Thank you for the chance to win this AWESOME duo!!
I am going to make sets of cards to give to shut-in family members for them to have and send to others since they can’t get to stores.
I am going to host a fun card making afternoon with my family and friends every month that we have snowbirds here to enjoy with me.
I am going to “reorganize” (oh, how many times!) my studio from the “just dumping it piles” left over from the holidays and get back into the “everything has a place” mode. 🙂
Simple, use up my DSP so I don’t feel guilty buying more.
I have so many resolutions Mary!
1. To make twenty Christmas cards each month, so I have the hundred I need by May!
2. To use up all my cardstock scraps. I have now sorted them all by color to make this easier.
3. Attempt to send my cards in advance of someone’s celebration or birthday! I’m already falling behind on that one! That said, everyone forgives me as they love my handmade cards. 🙂
4. Spend a good chunk of each Saturday over the winter months scrapbooking photos from the early 1990s to 2000, which is when we went digital. I have to rescue these photos before they are beyond it!
Thank you for the wonderful giveaway and helping me to focus on my crafting resolutions. 🙂
I resolve to make thinking of you, get well and sympathy cards in multiples so I will have them on hand to send right away when neded.
My papercrafting 2018 resolution is to work more diligently on my boy’s scrapbooks and get them closer to being caught up!
Find more time to paper craft and work up all my pumpkin projects I’ve been holding on to for a rainy, non-busy day!!!
Go to more crops and make time to craft at least twice a month to use up my stash. I still have things I bought from 2010 su catalog. Also to incorporate stamping into my scrapbooking layouts. Happy Stamping !!! 🙂
My resolution is to try something new each week…new technique, new color, new sketch, new paper craft.
In 2018 I want to find ways to be more creative with my stamps, dies and paper instead of being a copier! I know how to use the equipment. Now I want to be an artist!
I want to actually go through with my “someday” plan to go to our local nursing home and demonstrate making cards during an afternoon activity time. I think the residents would love watching all the different techniques and seeing the finished array of cards.
My resolution is to send a birthday card to every sibling, in law and niece and nephew this year. That’s over 100 cards! But I’ll do my best!
Hey, Mary. Thank you for your Bog Candy give a way, the Amazing You Bundle is amazing. I am determined to organize my craft room (again!!), complete card kits, and give some of my card stash away…to make room for more card stash. Thank you again.
My main goal to clean, organize and purge my old supplies.
I am on a tear to use more DSP and ribbon in my projects this year….
I want to keep crafting with my friends at least once a month. And go through my supplies (yup hoarding) and get some stuff used up!!
I definitely have to try to use more designer series paper. I am the worst hoarder and save every scrap (even paper with the retired colors!) I have a serious problem!! Thanks for the daily inspiration to get crafty!!
What an awesome give away.
I have a box of partially finished projects that I need to take care and I have some stamps that I have never used that need some ink.
My resolution is to buy only what I am going to actually use. I’ve got too much that is going unused or slightly used.
I no longer make resolutions. But I do want to try to clean out lots of my older stamp sets. I tried before to let them go to someone new. They hold lots of stamping memories and hard to say bye bye to them. .
My New Year’s paper crafting resolution is to focus on the paper supplies that I already have BEFORE buying any more paper!!
My goal this year is to use/send only hand made birthday cards and sympathy cards. I have a day set aside to stamp with some girlfriends and that’s what I’ll be working on. Thanks for the chance to win these amazing products!
Get more birthday cards made, plus some more guy birthday cards and try not to forget any one’s birthday.
I plan to spend time getting cards ready for sending out so I am not rushed when they are needed.
Thanks so much for a chance to win!
My main objective this year is to get caught up with my grandchildren’s scrapbooks. I have fallen behind but hopefully I will get them all complete!
In 2018, I need to send out more cards!!! Stop hording them. 😉
My resolution is to make more time for paper crafting.
I cherish the time I can spend making cards. I am definitely trying to use up all the DSP I have collected over time. Isabels suggestion to donate things I no longer use is great. My go to place is our local library which sponors a craft/card making night.
To make more cards to send to my friends and not forget their Birthdays.
I cherish the time I can spend making cards. I am definitely trying to use up all the DSP I have collected over time. Isabels suggestion to donate things I no longer use is great. My go to place is our local library which sponors a craft/card making night. Thanks for all the great ideas.
I am going to use some of my stamps that have been long forgotten.
Oh my! Is paper hoarding a thing? I thought I was the only one that did it! Yes, I would love to use up some more of my papers so that I can feel good about restocking my supply!
Oh so many resolutions – so little time!! I need to restock my birthday cards and get caught up with my scrapbooking – and I like your idea of using up my DSP so I can buy more!!!
Thanks for all the great ideas!
I plan on using one stamp set a month that I have not used before.
My crafty resolution is to reorganize my work space and get rid of products I now longer use. Donating products I getting rid of to a senior citizen’s center that has stamping class makes it less painful.
Thanks for a chance to win.
I want to get out those stamp sets I have purchased but never used and make some cards with them. Also I need to use up some of my dsp.
My #1 paper crafting resolution for 2018 is to share my love of it with others! I hope to not only make and give more cards but to have friends over to share time creating with me in my studio.
My goal would be to organize my craft area but still have time and space to make and send cards!
A top goal for me is to organize, organize, organize my supplies! I need to part with the cards I have made in the past and stop hoarding them. They could surely brighten someone’s day! Oh, and soon use up some of the DSP stash! Lots to accomplish in 2018.
To simplify…..to scrap a page or make a card simply and not try to have
a finished product just perfect!
To use up more of my stash by making and sending more cards for neighbors and church friends, but also make and give treat boxes for holidays other than Christmas. Hoping this will spread some sunshine to those around me while expressing what “treasures” they truly are to me.
1. To get some of my bling and accessories better organized
2. Get some birthday and thank you and thinking of you cards made up before needed.
3. To finish paper pumpkin kits sooner.
My #1 paper crafting resolution is to get my craft room organized so I can see all of my pretty papers!
My 2018 crafting resolution is to Just Do It! I’ve become an as-needed card maker and it’s so much easier having the cards ready to go when you need them. Thank you for this AMAZING giveaway, Mary!
Organize my stamping supplies so I can spend more time creating and sending cards.
I resolve to make more cards and send more cards in 2018! Organize my supplies and be better able to find them this year! I would also like to take one stamp set I haven’t used yet and use it in 2018.
It will be fun regardless what my resolution is but I resolute to craft cards not only WHEN I need them but everyday!
I would like to focus on sending out more of the cards that I make. So others can enjoy them too.
Organizing and streamlining my process are my goals for the new year. Thanks for your inspiration Mary!
My resolution is to use more designer paper (it’s all so pretty that I tend to horde it) and to get prepared to do a scrapbook for my first sweet great-grand-baby (a boy) due in March. Thanks for a chance to win this awesome blog candy.
My resolution is to remember all of my immediate family members birthdays with a handmade card.
Please do not laugh, but my card making goal for 2018 is to be NOT making my Christmas cards the week before Christmas!
🙂
use it up… when I start a 6 x 6 or 12 x 12 sheet of DSP use it all up before moving on…I have been saving one sheet wonder ideas for this as well as coming up with some of my own. Reduces the stash and avoids those boxes of leftover pieces, you know the ones that you will use some day!!!
thanks for all the inspiration I find on your blog
Great idea!
My goal this year is to purge some of my retired stamp sets and organize my stamping space. I hate to let go of retired sets but I’m accumulating wat too much! I need to make room for new product!?
I am going to actually use all my dsp and ribbon instead of hoarding it……I can always buy more….right?
My resolution is to send more cards in the mail, using up my supplies.
What a generous giveaway. My daughter is getting married in May. This bundle would get lots of use between now and then. My resolution is to use new stamp sets as I get them. No more storing stamps that have never been used.
My resolution is to find more time to be creative. I sometimes feel the stress of worrying about my kids and grandkids in our complicated world and I know that doing something creative is the best stress-reliever. And I want to challenge myself to try crafting techniques that I’ve avoided because they looked too complicated. I know that Stampin’Up and Mary will give me ideas and the help I need to succeed!
My crafting resolution is to send a card once a month to my siblings to let them know I love them.
My resolution for 2018 is to make time to be creative. Not sure yet how that will be done as I have a cray work schedule and just adopted a rescue puppy. The upside is she likes spending time with me in my craft room…though she like to nibble on my craft supplies on lower shelves. I have spent the last two weeks cleaning out and organizing so I am ready to make tons of cards or at least a few more than I did in 2017 Winning this candy blog would be a great birthday gift to as my birthday is on the 1th!
My resolution is to make at least 10 Christmas cards a month, hopefully more!
I am going to start a “cookbook” of favorite cards with the “recipe” on the page, as well as a notes section where I can jot down thoughts on adaptation ideas for future versions.
What an awesome giveaway, and I really love the font in these sentiments. My crafting resolution is to use all my never-before-used items at least once!
My resolution is to complete all of the card kits that are in my craft room and to create at least one Christmas card per week. Also, I would like to use up my older DSP so I can make room for the new.
I will get ten Christmas cards done each month, starting in January, so that I can coast into 2018’s holiday season stress free.
I want to mail out even more cards and I want to use up some of my pretty DSP/patterned paper stash by making pretty envelopes. Brightening someone’s day by mailing a handmade card in a pretty envelope is more important than hanging on to pretty paper just because “I like it and don’t want to use it” or keeping it for some “future project” that never seems to materialize.
My new years resolution for paper crafting is to make more cards for the local nursing home in my area. I currently make around 100 cards for the one nursing home that my grandmother was in but I want to make some for the ones in my local area not just the one I currently make them for. There are so many elderly patients that never get anything or see anyone but the staff and I’d like to bring a little card happiness to them too. Hope everyone has a Blessed 2018!
My number one resolution for paper crafting is to get out an older set that hasn’t seen love lately and make a few cards. Just got out my Build-a bear and Beary Best Friends and having so much fun! Have a great day Mary!
I hope to not only send more cards but to keep my room more tidy and organized and actually put stuff away better!
To make cards and craft more regularly, and to rebuild my ready stash of cards.
I love thinkers but need to thin out my old stamps. I’ll get on that soon.
I vow to banish the guilt that I typically feel when I do craft. I am going to craft more and realize it is good for me to be creative.
My goal for 2018 is to make and give away more little treat boxes filled with goodies. A handmade card is always well received, but it seems like a sweet little box of chocolates is the crowning touch! And with so many adorable treat box options, it should be a fun goal to achieve!
Don’t hoard!!! I buy wonderful papers and embellishments, they’re so pretty and I want to savor them, not waste on unworthy cards.
My resolution is to find more time to be creative with friends and family, and to replenish my card supply.
Thanks for the opportunity to win. Have a great day and thank you for all the lovely ideas.
My resolution is to keep up with my scrapbooking as well as continue to send as many cards as I can!
My resolution for crafting in 2018 is to make more time to craft and to try and keep my craft room more organized and clean, so I can find things easily.
thanks for the chance to win Mary and Happy 2018 crafting!
hugs and be well
Hi! I really want to be more creative – use more sketches, instead of just copying the cards I find on blogs and pinterest. Thank you!
My 2018 resolution is get my craft room organized and organize my cards by the occasion. I currently have them all in one big box which works well but would like to have them subdivided by the occasion so I can grab one faster!! Thank you Mary for all your ideas and helpful hints in 2017 and look forward to more in 2018!
I would like to be more organized by getting a month ahead for birthdays, anniversary and holiday cards,
For 2018 I would like to stamp more often and actually build a nice stash of cards to have ready to send. Thanks for the chance to win!
My resolution is to be more organized and spend more time creating this year! My goal is to spend a minimum of 3 hours per week accomplishing this task! I hope to make myself and more people happy with my creations!
My paper crafting resolution for 2018 is to practice my water coloring and use it more in my cards, and to actually send more of the cards I make. I do the birthdays for a Facebook group, but I usually just take photos and post them…I should mail more of them as well.
To make more time for what I love to do, Card making!
I would like to make some time for me once a month to do what I enjoy: paper crafting.
Hi Mary,
I would like to get together with friends to stamp more regularly and more often. It’s always a great time.
Mine is to find more time to stamp. I love it so much but often times it’s gets pushed aside which I hate letting happen.
My resolution is to create a space to craft. One doesn’t really need a dining room do they? Because of health issues we hung up the keys of our motor home and bought a house in a retirement community…..there is a card craft club here…I will have to check it out.
I resolve to send out cards each week and be timely on sending birthday and anniversary cards!
My #1 papercrafting resolution for 2018 is to re-organize my crafting room. I will donate supplies I am no longer using.
Thank you for this great give-away.
Ann Pomerleau
My goal for 2018 is to share more of what I love about SU!
I have always just been a “hobbyist demonstrator”, but I’m thinking of sharing my love of paper crafting with some neighbors. many have admired my work and I think it’s time to share that love!
To get more organizedized.
My resolution is to get organized so that when it’s time to craft I don’t have to spend my time looking for my supplies!. I also need to finish my 2017 scrapbooks and would like more time to craft in general. Happy New Year Mary!
Newly retired and looking forward to making and sending more cards to family and friends..
Since i have only been doing stamping for a year, my goal is to make a variety of cards to have on hand and be more creative.
My goal is to finally get my stamp room organized so I can start using up my supplies.
I have been playing with StampinUp since 1993. I lived in northern Minnesota and found 3 fellow stampers. We got together once a month to play. I have been hoarding SU paper since then. I want to make at least one card with a paper from each set of paper.
My resolution is to learn several new stamping techniques and to have a variety of cards made up in advance of needing them.?
My 2018 goal is to get caught up with scrapbooking and card making! I am about 4 years behind with the scrapbooking and it would be good to make some cards ahead so I have them! Happy 2018 to all!
My goal is to get my stamping room more organized and then start using it more! I’ve already sent out more cards this week than I have in the last month— one! Lol!
My goal is to arrange my stamp sets and give away sets I am not using anymore.
Thanks for your ideas.
My goal is to spend more time creating in my stamp room.
My resolution is to make more cards in 2018. (Also to learn more techniques with the dies in my stash!)
My goal is to complete my 2018 calendar before 2019….
My paper craft resolution is to be able to get my craft supplies out of storage and using them again (I’m in transition and I’m renting a room )
Please pick me I love this set
I would like to start making card sets for friends as gifts. You know like a birthday, a holiday and say a get well card.
My goal for this year is to finish the scrapbooks from a 2010 trip to China with my husband and two friends. I’m like 2/3 of the way done now so it’s my #1 goal for this year!
Mary, I resolve this Year to keep my Stampin’ stuff settled and have enough cards made and ready for when I need them.
Thank you for this giveaway!
I am hoping to only send handmade cards. I typically wait until the last minute to send a card and end up buying one. Not this year! I have already started making a few birthday cards to have on hand.
Finding more time to create and use what I have. I will also try to attend SU Clubs with my MIL.
I have to organize my crafting storage space. I also would like to make cards in advance, such as birthday cards so I am not scrambling to make a card when I need one.
My #1 Paper crafting resolution is to send more “Thinking of You”, “Praying for You” or “Just Because” cards using not only Designer Series Paper but also some type of embellishment!
I want to make Christmas cards during the year, not wait until a week before!
I want to send my cards out on time!!!
Especially Birthday Cards.
My goal this year is to organize! I am well underway. My challenge will be embellishments. Looking at Pinterest for ideas. ?
My paper rafting resolution for 2018 is to USE the stamps, thinlits, DSP, and new products I’ve gotten….the Brusho, Blendables, Stamparatus, etc!
My#1 crafting resolution is:
To get my Christmas cards done for next year in January. Also, to find more time to make cards to be a blessing to people.
I am going to try first to reach out to more people about our products, second make a card or two with all the new products that I have purchased and show them off, hopefully people will like them as much as me.
My 2018 crafting goal is to put together a travel crafting necessities bag, so when a trip comes up on a moment’s notice, I will be semi-prepared and not find myself without my creative tools. Thanks for all the inspiration you share!
Mary, I have so many goals for 2018. I am really good at making cards but not always good at following through and getting them in the mail. I am going to keep a monthly calendar if who I want to send cards to and actually follow through and get them in the mail.
I also want to catch up my scrapbooking by working backwards. When I started doing cards I kind of put my scrapbooking on the back burner.
I make birthday cards for everyone at my church. (30-45/mo.) They Love getting a handmade card! My resolution is to use my discontinued cardstock and DSP for these cards. That will make room for the NEW cardstock and papers Stampin Up comes out with each year.
Happy New Year, Mary! Thanks for the chance to win this beautiful set. My resolution is to spend time at my craft desk everyday—whether I have an hour to create a card or scrapbook a layout or just 5 minutes to look things over—it is both fun and calming.
I want to routinely take the time to scrapbook more and make more cards. This might mean adjusting my schedule so I can meet with a local group that gets together every week. It’s great to share supplies, tools, and ideas!
I resolve to have a collection of cards on hand rather than scrambling to get one ready.
My 2018 crafting resolution is to have a stash of cards on hand, ready for those times when you need a card in a pinch. Thanks for the chance to win some amazing blog candy.
My goal is to spend more time making cards to encourage people I know. Thank you for sharing your talent with us every day! I look forward to your posts each morning with my coffee! Best wishes for 2018!
I love the designer papers but never seem to use them that often so they have accumulated. I plan to use them more this year and make more cards that I can donate to our church to send to our older special members.
Every card will have ribbon and/or an embellishment. Yes, I have a stock pile!
Ohh!! Mary, this is some amazing blog candy, thank you for the chance to win it.
I have a few crafting resolutions for 2018 and one of them is to keep my craft room completely organized, clean up and put away everything I use to create a card as soon as it’s done, that will help a lot with the other resolutions, like to send greeting cards on time.
Thanks again for this awesome blog candy.
XO
Maria.
I want to make cards from all the stamp sets I’ve not touched and to make a serious dent in my dsp stack.
I’m going to organize my stamps better so I can find and use them easily.
Hi Mary, my resolution is to do more crafting than ever. I love it when I already have a birthday card or any card ready to go and not have to make one in a hurry. Thanks for the candy and Happy New Year
Thanks for the delicious blog candy. My resolution for 2018 is to start making my Christmas cards earlier than the middle of December!
I plan to send more “just because” cards. I hope to bring joy to others lives.
I’m so excited about these new products!
My 2018 resolution is to really take the time to enjoy, explore, and learn more about new products that I have never dared to try out in the past.
I would like to have my birthday cards made up ahead of time so I don’t have to be in the craft room at the last minute and then dashing to the mailbox before the mailman gets here. Thanks for the chance to win.
To make more cards and especially use more DSP when creating them.
To keep my crafting area clean and organized. And yes, I must not hoard my beautiful dsp!
I resolve to spend more “me” time making cards – trying new ideas, using forgotten stamp sets and the new ones and enjoying the process instead of rushing.
To get my Christmas cards finished BEFORE November, instead of my usual scrambling to get the last of them to the post office a couple of days before Christmas.
I want to purge some of my designer paper this year. My stash has grown too large for my space.
Oh My Gosh! Thank you for such a wonderful give-away! There are endless possiblilities with this stamp and die set and I love having an opportunity to win it.

Organize my paper crafting closet!! Use my stamp sets and send more cards to friends and family. Happy New Year Mary!!
Omg yes definitely using more DSP!!! It makes it so easy to add a statement or lots of color, but I seen to acquire it faster than I use it…. ^_^’
My paper crafting resolution is to make more cards ahead of the need, such as sympathy, thinking of you.
To use exclusively Stampin Up’s awesome products
To get together with my friend more often to make cards.
I would have to say my crafting resolution for 2018 is to CLEAN UP my craft space. It’s a mess. I have some Stampin Storage things ordered which should help. I would also like to get birthday cards out to everyone on my list this year. ON TIME. . . . LOVE your blog! 😀
Take time to create everyday.
My papercrafting resolution for this year is to improve my coloring skills – would love to try the Stampin Blends. This duo that you are offering up is FIRST on my list to get!! Maybe I will be lucky??? I loved the card you posted yesterday with it.
Good Morning Mary…..I would have to say to find more time to craft. I love making cards and I want to have a stash on hand ready to give when needed, instead of thinking “I have to make this card now”, just have every occasion ready.
(Also try and stop hoarding the dsp). Thanks for the chance to win such amazing items.
I resolve to start scrapbooking again. Lately, I’ve been making card after card after card.
I would like to clean up my pile of “ideas” for cards by making them…so I can put all those things away.
Find more time to work on my daughters scrapbook
Great card Mary! Mine is organizing my craft room so I can find what I am looking for! Destashing & sending or giving more cards this year!
My crafting resolution is to use more of what I have and to think VERY carefully before purchasing new items. Since I am a hobbyist, I don’t really HAVE to have every new product. It’s a tough one to keep! ?
My resolution is to use every stamp set more than once and make unique designs each time.
I am going to try to NOT buy any more paper – USE what I have!!! I could open a paper store!! Thanks for the opportunity to win!
I am going to use up or donate my stash of DSP. Also, to turn an extra bedroom into a craft room.
My crafting resolution is to use up the supplies I have before buying more.
I have resolved to use the DSP I have and not buy more. The new papers are so pretty, it’s going to be difficult to resist buying them.
My ’18 crafting resolution is to be more organized, therefore- more productive 🙂
My ’18 crafting resolution is to be more organized, so that I can be more productive ! 🙂
My 2018 resolution is to catalog my stamp sets. If the set has a die or punch that matches the set label the stamp box to reflect that.
Purge and sell (yes, I said sell any old stamp sets I no use) to make room for new sets!
My resolution is to try to finish up some projects that have been started awhile back and to use up some of my stash …. wish me luck!
I am a member of a card making group. We make cards to sell and the money we make is all donated to charity. I already make a ton of cards that I donate, but I vow to make even more. It’s a win win situation for all involved. I get to do what I love while helping out those in need. Thanks for the opportunity to win blog candy. You are the best.
My resolution is to make sure that I have SCHEDULED time to stamp on the calendar each week!
…to either use up some of my “hoarded” DSP
or donate it to a retirement home/school art program/or other worthy cause.
I have 2 New Years resolutions. One is to spend more time crafting and the other is to do some scrap booking.
Thanks for your inspiration.
In 2018 a friend and I are challenging each other to make and exchange a card using a designated set or theme each week. It will keep us stamping and give fresh ideas while increasing our stock of cards ready to send. I also will work on finding sketches that use a lot of DSP~I have so much paper and need to use it!
I will try and craft at least a little bit everyday.
I am expecting 2018 to be a whole new crafting year for me. I have already re-arranged my craft room and organized my supplies. My goal is to make more cards, have friends over to make cards, and to actually SEND those cards to inspire others to enjoy every moment life has to offer.
I’m moving to a new city and I resolve to get people from work to join me for craft nights! Papercrafting is always so much fun with people!
My resolution is to keep my rubber room picked up and tidy
Oh Mary, I have been thinking about his for nine days now. Ha. Ha. As a hobbyist, I find cardmaking is always on the bottom of my To-Do list. I do not like its position but other house/family responsibilities make it so. It has also to do with my mojo and the time of day and the lighting in my craft corner. You know once I get started I don’t even want to stop for dinner. Maybe I’ll try to pick a time of day, same time every day, and just do something for one hour. This is terrible that a hobby, that is so much fun, sounds like a New Year’s diet.
Finish my 2018 Christmas cards by June!
My crafting resolution is to send more handmade cards to my friends and loved ones!
My #1 papercrafting resolution for 2018 is to purge and organize ny crafting supplies; I have way too many stamps and paper, My goal is to destash and donate what I no longer wish to use. Mary, thank you for having this blog candy giveaway!
