card tutorial: simple masculine card

1. measure & cut

card base:

• Portrait Card:
  • Secret Sea Cardstock: 4 1/4 x 11, scored at 5 1/2
• Square Card:
  • Secret Sea Cardstock: 5 1/2 x 11, scored at 5 1/2

snipped envelope flap:

• Portrait Card:
  • Beautiful Gallery Designer Series Paper: 5 3/4 x 2 1/2

layers (from bottom to top):

• Portrait Card:
  • Crumb Cake Cardstock: 4 x 5 1/4
  • Cloud Cover Cardstock: 3 3/4 x 5
  • Beautiful Gallery Designer Series Paper: 3 1/2 x 4 3/4
  • Secret Sea Cardstock (sentiment): 1 3/4 x 5/8
• Square Card:
  • Crumb Cake Cardstock: 5 x 5
  • Cloud Cover Cardstock: 4 3/4 x 4 3/4
  • Beautiful Gallery Designer Series Paper: 4 1/2 x 4 1/2
  • Secret Sea Cardstock (sentiment): 1 3/4 x 5/8
    

2. stamp:

• Use a Mini MISTI stamp tool to position and stamp the sentiment (He’s the Greatest stamp set) in Secret Sea Classic Ink onto the Secret Sea card stock.

3. crop:

• none

4. assemble & adhere:

• Adhere the Crumb Cake layer to the card base with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
• Adhere the Designer Series Paper to the Cloud Cover layer together with Multipurpose Liquid Glue and to the card with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
• Adhere the sentiment as shown with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

5. embellish:

• Tie a bow of Linen Thread and adhere tucked under the sentiment with a Mini Glue Dot.
• Embellish with 2025-2027 In Color Flat Pearls as shown.

6. envelope:

• Adhere the 5 3/4 x 2 1/2 Designer Series Paper to a Basic White Medium envelope flap with Multipurpose Liquid Glue. Tip: Add glue to the flap, not the Designer Series Paper.
