My birthday card for the Pals Spring Blog Hop offers a simple layout and crisp colors! This card is for my dear friend, Cheree!
I love hearing from you! Please leave me your questions or comments about the project for today.

STAMPIN’ PRETTY TIPS:
- “Make a wish” and dot the “i” with a sweet daisy cropped with a die from the Stampin’ Up! Succulent Garden Framelits Dies. Perfect for spring and summer!
- The Basic Black “wish” created with Cupcake Cutouts Framelits Dies really pops against Crushed Curry.
- Stitched Shapes Framelits Dies create the darling border and offer a variety of sizes in squares, circles and ovals.
- I used the Stampin’ Up! Handheld 1/4″ Circle Punch to crop the daisy center.
- Coordinating Basic Black patterned paper (Neutrals Designer Series Paper Stack) dress up the background layer and Whisper White Medium Envelope flap.

Awesome card Mary!
“Classic Mary Fish” card…love the colors, the format and layers!
I’m sure you’ve said it somewhere, but how do you do the flaps on the envelopes? Do you just cut a piece of paper to a size (which is….?), adhere it, then cut around it with snips? Thanks! 🙂
Exactly, Heather. Here’s a WOW! video with more tips: https://stampinpretty.com/2016/05/wow-video-sneak-peek-affectionately.html
