card tutorial: super simple thank you card
1. measure & cut
portrait card base:
- Basic White Cardstock: 4 1/4 x 11, scored at 5 1/2
snipped envelope flap:
- Fruit Salad Designer Series Paper: 5 3/4 x 2 1/2
layers (from bottom to top):
- Fruit Salad Designer Series Paper: 3 3/4 x 5 and 3 1/4 x 4 1/2
- Basic White Cardstock: 3 x 2 1/2 (before punching)
2. stamp:
- Use a Mini MISTI stamp tool to position and stamp the sentiment (Stampin’ Up! With You In Mind stamp set) in Garden Green Classic Ink onto Basic White card stock layer.
3. crop:
- Crop the sentiment with the Heartfelt Hexagon Punch.
4. assemble & adhere:
- Adhere the two layer of Designer Series Paper together with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- Double wrap with Garden Green Natural Tones Linen Thread, securing with a bow.
- Adhere the layers to the card base and sentiment with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
5. embellish:
- Add two Garden Green Dots for Days to the sentiment as shown.
6. envelope:
- Adhere the 5 3/4 x 2 1/2 Designer Series Paper to a Basic White Medium envelope flap with Multipurpose Liquid Glue. TIP: Add Glue to the flap, not the Designer Series Paper.
