Cute Holiday Card with the Humble Home Punch & WOW! Video!

The Stampin’ Up! Humble Home punch (see all 10% off bundles) couldn’t be cuter for this simple holiday card. I loved snipping the “home” to create a roof and popping up the wee heart with part of a mini dimensional. Watch my 1 Minute to WOW! Video tutorial for a quick Humble Home Punch demonstration.

3 tips for builder punches:

  1. leave an extra inch or more of card stock on the left-side so you have an area to hold when you punch
  2. learn how you can save card stock by using strips in my tutorial: strips with the double oval punch
  3. create a template to use with a stamp positioning tool as shown here

humble home punch – add a precious peppermint

WHAT I LOVE!  Peppermint preciousness! The Real Red and White Peppermints (My Favorite Things) are the “belle” of holiday embellishments. They are offered in three sizes and are adhesive-backed for quick application. PRETTY TIP! I like to use my Paper Snips to lift and place them.
