Welcome to the Pals’ Blog Hop! We’re so glad you’re here because it’s “Time to Sale-A-Brate”! We’re showcasing our favorite new products from the 2020 Sale-A-Bration brochure. You may be starting the hop here or coming from a previous Pal’s blog. Either way, you’ve come to the right place. You’ll find the full line-up below to help you move, or “hop” along from Pal to Pal.
Pleased as Punch! I am so ‘pleased’ to share with you one of the six Coordination Products that will be available to customers on February 4, 2020! The Pleased as Punch 12 x 12 Designer Series Paper coordinates with FOUR of the punches from the 2020 Sale-A-Bration and Mini Catalogs! The coordinating punches are Small Bloom Punch # 152316, Heart Punch Pack #151292 (both part of My Favorite Things), Tulip Builder Punch #151295, and Umbrella Builder Punch #151293.
STAMPIN’ PRETTY STEP-BY-STEP TUTORIAL:
Begin with a 4 1/4 x 5 1/2 card base of Whisper White Thick card stock.
Use a Stampin’ Up! Paper Trimmer to cut a 1 x 5 1/4 strip of the striped Pleased as Punch Designer Series Paper.
Adhere 3/4″ in from the left-hand side with Snail Adhesive.
Cut a 1 x 5 1/4 and 2 1/2 x 5 1/4 piece of Whisper White Thick card stock.
Adhere as shown with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
Use the scalloped heart punch from the Punch Heart Pack to crop a piece of Please as Punch Designer Series Paper.
Adhere as shown with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
Use a Stamparatus to stamp the Happy Valentines Day Heart (Heartfelt Bundle – part of My Favorite Things) onto a piece of scrap paper first, then onto a piece of Whisper White card stock.
Crop with the coordinating Heart Punch.
Adhere with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
Use the Small Bloom Punch (Sale-A-Bration – Free with $100 Purchase) to crop the flowers from the Pleased as Punch Designer Series Paper.
Adhere with Stampin’ Dimensionals and Mini Glue Dots.
POP OF PERSONALITY! Add the coordinating Holiday Rhinestone Jewels (Pumpkin Pie & Coastal Cabana) and a Rhinestone Basic Jewel that has been colored with a Dark Flirty Flamingo Stampin’ Blend.
FOR THE PERFECT POLISH: Use an envelope liner die (Beautiful Layers Dies) and the Pleased as Punch Designer Series Paper to create an envelope liner. Adhere to the inside of a Stampin’ Up! Whisper White Medium Envelope with Multipurpose Liquid Glue. TIP: To avoid embossing and plate marks, I dedicate a relatively clean bottom cutting plate for envelope liners. Flip the pattern over and cut on the opposite side. You can use a bone folder to help any soften lines.
