Today’s card evolved from a clever, new Mojo Monday Sketch Challenge (MOJO278), fresh colors and pretty patterns from Stampin’ Up! More Amore Specialty Designer Series Paper. The patterns mix and match with perfection–a real time saver for me.
STAMPIN’ PRETTY TIPS:
- Snip, snip! The valentine heart was clipped from the laser cut heart sheets in the More Amore Collection.
- I added a rhinestone to the center of the crystal button (Artisan Embellishments Kit) for even more sparkle.
- My Pool Party card base measures 5 1/4″ square. I created a coordinating envelope using the Stampin’ Up! Simply Scored Scoring Tool and Diagonal Plate. It’s simple. Here’s My Measuring Chart for whipping up many sizes of common envelopes.
- Heart layer 3 1/4″ square. Real Red 3 1/2″ square. Oval Pattern 4″ square.

What a fabulous color combo! Love the snipped heart with touch of bling…gorgeous!
We were on the same wave length for a colour combo. Love the partial heart on the square panel and the button is the perfect touch.

the placement of the ribbon is unique and lovely…I seem to always choose subdued color palettes but this combination calls to me…the envelope supplies a nice finish as in a good wine!
I love you daily blog entries. Also, I love, love, love the new SU trimmer. The 6″ platform is so easy to use. Love that the scoring blade and the cutting blade are both on the trimmer.
