PROJECT TUTORIAL:
Begin by burnishing the fold of the Basic White Thick card base with a Bone Folder.
Starting with the outside strips first, adhere the four Designer Series Paper strips to the Basic Black layer with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
Wrap with Stampin’ Up! Black & White 1/4″ Gingham Ribbon, securing with a bow.
Adhere to the card with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

Use a Clear Block C to stamp the sentiment (Perennial Postage Stamp Set) in Tuxedo Black Memento Ink onto the Basic White piece.
Use a Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine (Standard) to crop the sentiment with the 2 1/4 x 1 1/2 Perennial Postage die. TIP: Secure the die in place with Post-It Tape to prevent shifting when zipping through the machine.
Adhere to the card as shown with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
POP OF PERSONALITY! Embellish the sentiment with three small black Classic Matte Dots.
PERFECT POLISH! Adhere the 5 3/4 x 2 1/4 Designer Series Paper (DSP) to the Basic White Medium envelope flap with Multipurpose Liquid Glue. IMPORTANT: It’s best to add glue to the flap, not the DSP.
