Make a Wish with So Many Stars Bundle

So Many Stars Bundle from Stampin' Up! Make a Wish Card by Mary Fish Stampin' Pretty

On Wednesday, August 21st, I shared a Product Spotlight of the So Many Stars Bundle, you can see the details here.  Today I put the bundle to work and created this Make a Wish Card, pairing it with the Come to Gather Designer Series Paper (beautiful for fall).  Both will be available on September 4, when the Holiday Catalog goes live!

You're A Star Card

The card was a CASE of the layout from my previous creation. You can view the original blog post here.

So Many Stars Bundle from Stampin' Up! Make a Wish Card by Mary Fish Stampin' PrettyUse a die-cutting and embossing machine to crop a piece of Pretty Peacock card stock using the 2nd largest circle from the Stitched Shapes Dies. Adhere as shown with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

Use a Stamparatus to stamp the stars and sentiment (Birthday Goodness Stamp Set) in Pretty Peacock, Mint Macaron, and Merry Merlot Classic Ink onto Whisper White card stock.  Crop the stars with the coordinating dies from the Stitched Stars Dies. Cut the sentiment to 1 inch wide and flag the end with the Tailored Tag Punch to approx 2 inches long.  Adhere all as shown with Stampin’ Dimensionals,

POP OF PERSONALITY:  Add four Pretty Peacock 2019-2021 In Color Faceted Dots to the card as shown.

For the perfect polish – Use an envelope liner die (Beautiful Layers Dies) and the plaid Come to Gather Designer Series Paper to create an envelope liner.  Adhere to the inside of a Stampin’ Up! Whisper White Medium Envelope with Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

TIP: To avoid embossing and plate marks, I dedicate a relatively clean bottom cutting plate for envelope liners.  Flip the pattern over and cut on the opposite side.  You can use a bone folder to help any soften lines.
