STAMPIN’ PRETTY STEP-BY-STEP TUTORIAL:
Create a 4 1/4 x 5 1/2 card base using Whisper White Thick card stock and the Stampin’ Up! Stampin’ Trimmer. It cuts and scores.
Wrap the top of a 3 1/2 x 4 3/4 piece of Vellum card stock twice with Silver Baker’s Twine, securing it with a bow. Adhere to the card base with Stampin’ Dimensionals placed strategically to hide behind the top layers.
Sweet stitched details! Use a Big Shot and Rectangle Stitched Framelits Dies to crop a 1 3/4 x 3 1/8 piece of Whisper White card stock for the sentiment and a 1 5/8 x 3 5/8 piece of Silver Foil for the background. Watch my video on tips for using the Rectangle Stitched Framelits Dies here.
Use the Stamparatus to stamp the sentiment in Versamark Ink, cover with Silver Stampin’ Emboss Powder, flick to remove the excess and set with a Heat Tool. Don’t miss my video with 5 tips on using Stampin’ Emboss Powder here. Adhere as shown with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

Mary, I am not all about butterflies. They are charming to see flying around flowers but that’s where I’d prefer they stay. So I opened your web page, which I do daily and…BAM! I’m struck by this absolutely gorgeous card…in silver no less. I would gladly display this beautiful, classy card on my shelf for a very long time. You did it again, Mary. I stand in awe.
You are so sweet, Roxanne. Glad you saw these silver butterflies in a new light!
Elegant card; love the matching metallic silver paper and glittery twine.
I love the glittery twine and hadn’t used it much! Thanks, Florence!
Silver is my favorite metal and when paired with white it is a luxurious mixture. I LOVE the clean and calm appearance of your card, TFS.
The silver/white combo really make an elegant card, I agree the butterfly suite will be a top favorite. Love this card. Thanks for the PDF. Enjoy your day!
Thanks, Hilda. Heat embossing is still my favorite technique.
OH MY GOSH Mary……..This card is DROP DEAD GORGEOUS. WOW!!!! You blew this one out of the park – THANKS for sharing.
Thanks, Kadie. Silver and white always look elegant, especially with butterflies.
