STAMPIN’ PRETTY STEP-BY-STEP TUTORIAL:

Begin by burnishing a Very Vanilla Note Card base with a Bone Folder.

Use a die-cutting machine to crop the following:  4 1/8 x 3 Stitched Rectangle of Very Vanilla card stock and the tree from Sweet Silhouette Dies in Early Espresso card stock.

Adhere the stitched rectangle to the note card base with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

Adhere the tree as shown with bits of Snail Adhesive.

Use the Stamparatus to stamp the truck and sentiment (Ride With Me Stamp Set) in Early Espresso Ink onto Very Vanilla card stock. Snip with Paper Snips.  Adhere to the card with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

Add a double bow of Linen Thread to the left side of the sentiment, adhering with a Mini Glue Dot that has been rolled between your fingers to keep it hidden.

POP OF PERSONALITY!  Add a Heart Epoxy Droplet that has been colored with a Dark Cherry Cobbler Stampin’ Blend to the truck door.

The final touch is adding a piece of the wood grain Pressed Petals Specialty Designer Series Paper to the flap of the note card envelope using the envelope liner die from the Beautiful Layers Dies.  Watch my WOW! video here  (approximately the 4 1/2 minute mark) for details on how to cut the flap with a die-cutting machine and die.

Color Combination daffodil delight, poppy parade, seaside spray

NEED COLOR COMBINATION INSPIRATION?  I share a weekly color combination with my Pals Stamping Community in hopes to inspire them.  I think this color combination of Daffodil Delight, Poppy Parade, and Seaside Spray had a nautical feel that I had to try.

STAMPIN’ PRETTY STEP-BY-STEP TUTORIAL:

Begin with a 4 1/4 x 5 1/2 card base of Whisper White card stock.

Adhere a 4 x 5 1/4 piece of Seaside Spray 6×6 Designer Series Paper to the card with Snail Adhesive.

Sailing Home Bundle by Stampin' Up! Anchor card by Mary Fish, Stampin' PrettyAdhere a 4″ long piece of Poppy Parade 1/2″ Textured Weave Ribbon as shown with Mini Glue Dots.

Use a die-cutting machine and the 2 5/8 x 4 Stitched Rectangle Die to crop a piece of Whisper White card stock.  Use the Dark Daffodil Delight Stampin’ Blend to add the beacon of light.

Tip: I used a scrap piece of card stock as a guide to keeping the beacon lines straight.  You can also use the beacon stamp from the High Tide Stamp Set.

Use a Stamparatus to stamp the two images in Smoky Slate Ink and the sentiment in Seaside Spray Ink (Sailing Home Stamp Set) onto a piece of Whisper White card stock.  Crop with a die-cutting machine and the coordinating dies (Smooth Sailing).

Add a touch of color to the lighthouse with a Dark Daffodil Delight Stampin’ Blend.

Wrap 8 loops of Silver Metallic Thread around three fingers.  Gently remove and adhere to the back of the sentiment with Snail Adhesive.

POP OF PERSONALITY! Add three Silver Metallic Pearls as shown.

Use a Big Shot, Magnetic Platform, envelope liner die (Beautiful Layers Dies) and the Seaside Spray 6 x 6 Designer Series Paper to create an envelope liner. Adhere to the inside of a Stampin’ Up! Whisper White Medium Envelope.

Card created by Mary Fish, Stampin' PrettyMeet the NEW Floral Essence Bundle!  The Floral Essence Bundle is part of the Perennial Essence Suite of Products on page 106 of the NEW 2019-2020 Annual Catalog!  I shared a trio of note cards on Saturday using the Perennial Essence Designer Series Paper. You can view the post here

STAMPIN’ PRETTY STEP-BY-STEP TUTORIAL:

Begin with a 4 1/4 x 5 1/2 card base of Blackberry Bliss card stock.

Run a 4 x 5 1/4 piece of Mellow Moss card stock through a die-cutting machine tucked inside the Layered Leaves 3D embossing folder. Adhere to the card base with Snail Adhesive.

Floral Essence Bundle & Leaf Punch by Stampin' Up! Card created by Mary Fish, Stampin' Pretty

Crop a piece of Petal Pink Perennial Essence 12 x 12 Vellum card stock with the 2 5/8 x 4 Rectangle Stitched die. Use the Stamparatus to position and stamp the sentiment (Floral Essence) in Blackberry Bliss ink onto the vellum.  Use a Heat Tool on low to quickly dry and set the ink.

TIP: The ink will dry on its own, but it does take time.  If you do not use a Heat Tool to set the ink, be sure to set it aside and allow to dry completely so that the ink does not smear.

Double wrap the center with Mossy Meadow Linen Thread (Magnolia Lane Ribbon Combo Pack), securing with a bow on the left-hand side.

Floral Essence Bundle & Leaf Punch by Stampin' Up! Card created by Mary Fish, Stampin' Pretty

Use the Stamparatus to stamp four of the petal image in Blackberry Bliss ink & four leaves in Mossy Meadow ink onto Whisper White card stock.  Crop with the coordinating Perennial Flower and Leaf punches. BONUS! The leaf punch pairs perfectly with the leaf image from the Floral Essence Photopolymer Stamp Set.

Layer and adhere the petals as shown with Mini Glue Dots.   Adhere the leaves to the vellum with Mini Glue Dots and the flowers with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

POP OF PERSONALITY!  Add two large Gold Faceted Gems to the flower centers and three small Gold Faceted Gems to the vellum as shown.

TIP: Use a Take Your Pick tool to carefully remove the Faceted Gems from the packaging to ensure the adhesive remains attached.

Adhere the vellum to the card base with Dimensionals and Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals hidden under the flowers and faceted gems.
