Tutti-frutti Sneak Peek & “Greece” Is the Word!

A-wop-bop-a-loo-bop-a-wop-bam-boom!  I have a sneak peek for your today of the Tutti-frutti product suite in the Occasions Catalog.  I created these tags as part of a “make and take” at the Stampin’ Up! On-Stage event earlier this month.  The Occasions Catalog and Sale-A-Bration Promotion begin Jan. 3.

Occasions Catalog sneak peek products used:  Fruit Basket stamp set, Itty Bitty Fruit Punch Pack, Tutti-frutti 6 x 6 Designer Series Paper, Lemon Lime Twist 3/8″ Mini Striped Ribbon.

Click on the video above to watch!

In my humble paper crafting opinion, the Tutti-frutti 6 x 6 Designer Series Paper is a must-have for a fresh and modern style year round.  You can get a closer look at the charming fruit and basics patterns as well as everything else in my first pre-order of Occasions Catalog & Sale-A-Bration products by watching the video above (previously shared).    More sneak peeks coming soon.

GREECE IS THE WORD!

OH WHAT A SALE!  Free shipping yesterday proved to be one of the busiest sales days since I joined Stampin’ Up! 10 years ago.  Some of you even ordered twice since there was no minimum purchase amount!  I want to thank Stampin’ Up! for offering the sale as well as my customers for taking advantage of the sale and pushing me over what I needed to qualify for the Stampin’ Up! Incentive Trip to Greece (on my bucket list).  My husband, Scott, and I are so excited!

Sweet Treat Ideas from Stampin’ Up! OnStage

Stampin Up Treat Holder Fall foil frenzy paper StampinUp

I just got back from Salt Lake City and the Stampin’ Up! On-Stage event.  What a whirlwind of new products, good friends and resources!  I’ll share more details and sneak peeks in the coming days.  For today’s post, I’m sharing some marvelous treat ideas given to me by some generous fellow Stampin’ Up! Demonstrators Susan Dyas, Beth McCullough and Julie DiMatteo.

All four projects above were created by and given to me by Susan Dyas.

Stampin’ Up! Mini Pizza Boxes (one of My Favorite Things) are fabulous for small gifts, 3 x 3 cards and envelopes (I personally love this idea as a gift for a host) and holiday goodies (they are food safe).  I’ll share the “contents” of the box on tomorrow’s and Friday’s posts!

STAMPIN’ PRETTY TIPS:

  • The Stampin’ Up! Quilt Builder Framelits Dies are absolutely magical for creating a colorful, graphic design year round.  They are on the list of My Favorite Things from the Holiday Catalog.  Here’s a Stampin’ Up! video with more tips and uses for the Quilt Builder Framelits Dies.

  • The Real Red flower is a combination of two flower dies from Quilt Builder Framelits Dies.  The bottom and middle flower layers are separated by a Stampin’ Dimensional for depth.   Six petals are arranged and adhered on top. A Metal Rimmed Pearl is the perfect polish for the center.

  • Do the twist!  Lemon Lime Twist adds a lovely spin on traditional Real Red and Garden Green.
  • A belly band allows for easy on and off of the pretty design.  I simply wrapped a 2″ x 11″ piece of Garden Green card stock around the edges of the box, cropped the excess and “set” the scores with my Stampin’ Trimmer.

  • Get out of the box!  Imagine this same design with Crumb Cake, Early Espresso, Very Vanilla and Blushing Bride for a wedding or baby girl gift!  Here is a previous project (and video) I created with the Quilt Builder Framelits Dies.
