my simple card tutorial
CUT YOUR CARD STOCK – DIMENSIONS:
- Them Bones Designer Series Paper:
- Die-cut Bag – 5 x 11
- Basic Black Card Stock:
- Circle Die-cut – 3 x 3 (before die-cutting)
- Basic White Card Stock:
- Stamped Sentiment – 2 x 1 1/2 (before cutting/snipping)
- Stamped Frankie – 2 1/2 x 2 1/4 (before die-cutting)
PROJECT TUTORIAL:
Begin by cropping the Them Bones Designer Series Paper with the Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine (Standard) and the Tricks & Treats bag die. Repeat.
Crop the top of the bag die-cuts with the Tricks & Treats edge die.
Use a Bone Folder to burnish the fold lines on the bottom and sides of the die-cut bag pieces.
Adhere the pieces together with Multipurpose Liquid Glue.
Use a Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine (Standard)to crop the Basic Black layer with the 2 7/8 Deckled Circle die.
Adhere to the bag with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
Use a Clear Block C to stamp the sentiment(Tricks & Treats Stamp Set) in Tuxedo Black Memento Ink onto the Basic White layer.
Snip or trim each word separately as shown.
Adhere as shown with Multipurpose Liquid Glue and/or Stampin’ Dimensionals.
Use a Clear Block D to stamp the bottom Frankie layer in Granny Apple Green onto the Basic White layer.
After drying completely, rub the stamped layer with an Embossing Buddy (Embossing Additions Tool Kit).
Use a Clear Block D to stamp the Frankie face in Versamark Ink. Cover with Black Stampin’ Emboss Powder. Set with a Heat Tool.
Crop with a Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine (Standard or Mini) and the coordinating Tricks & Treats Die.
Adhere as shown with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
POP OF PERSONALITY! Embellish with Mossy Meadow Adhesive-Backed Speckled Dots.
PERFECT POLISH! Fill a 6 x 8 Cellophane Bag with treats of your choice. Tie the end closed with a piece Black & White 1/4″ Gingham Ribbon, securing with a bow.
