Maybe I shouldn’t pick a favorite but the new Peach Pie was an instant “love button” for me from the NEW Stampin’ Up! 2024-2026 In Colors. And, as Stampin’ Up! does so beautifully, they are offering coordinating card stock, ink, dots, markers, blends and designer series paper for all the new In Colors (Peach Pie, Petunia Pop, Summer Splash, Shy Shamrock, returning Pretty in Pink).
The In Color card swatch (shown in the photo above) is a paper crafting essential for me and was created by Mike Funke (a member of my Stampin’ Pretty Pals). You can purchase the swatches for ALL the current Stampin’ Up! colors thru Mike here.
WHAT I LOVE! The new designer series paper patterns in the Stampin’ Up! 6 x 6 Color Collections (In Colors, Regals, Subtles, Brights, Neutrals) will take the simplest cards straight to WOW! I love the versatile and fresh designs, especially how the stripe pattern I chose for the card plays with the stripes of my bee. Those little connections make me smile! This DSP is on the list of My Favorite Things.
DID YOU KNOW? The sketch for today’s card is in the Stampin’ Up! 2024-2025 Annual Catalog on p. 22. Don’t miss the small icons with projects throughout the catalog showing which sketch was used.
NEED COLOR INSPIRATION? The color combination for today’s card uses one of the 5 Peach Pie Color Combinations that I shared on Tuesday! You can see my Color Combination library here.

Adhere the Designer Series Paper layer to the card base with Multipurpose Liquid Glue.
Adhere the Basic Black layer to the card as shown with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
Use a Mini MISTI to stamp the bee body in Tuxedo Black Memento Ink onto the Peach Pie card stock layer. Crop with the coordinating Bee Builder punch.
Use a Mini MISTI to stamp the bee face in Tuxedo Black Memento Ink onto the Peach Pie card stock layer and to stamp the sentiment, bee antenna, and bee wings onto the coordinating Basic White layers.
Crop the antenna (small heart) and wings (large heart) with the coordinating Bee Builder punch.
Use a Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine (Standard or Mini) and the Stylish Shapes dies to crop the Basic White layer with two – 2 1/4 Squares and the stamped sentiment with the 3 3/8 x 1 Flagged Banner die.
Use a Paper Trimmer to cut one of the die-cut squares in half. Lay the two squares onto the Basic Black layer to get the proper spacing for a new “rectangle.” Then adhere the sentiment (with Stampin’ Seal) to the two squares to hold them in place. (see photo above).
Wrap the top with Black Baker’s Twine, securing with a bow.
Adhere to the card as shown with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
Adhere all bee pieces as shown with Stampin’ Dimensionals,
POP OF PERSONALITY! Embellish with 2 Peach Pie 2024-2026 In Color Resin Dots.
PERFECT POLISH! Adhere the 5 3/4 x 2 1/2 Designer Series Paper to the Basic White Medium envelope flap with Multipurpose Liquid Glue. Add glue to the flap first, not the Designer Series Paper. Flip to the inside of the flap and carefully snip away the excess with Paper Snips.
