Today I wanted to share a quick and simple gift card holder that I created using just one strip of card stock and one strip of designer series paper! This gift card holder can be created easily in large quantities, too.
How to make this simple gift card holder:
Begin with a 3 x 9 3/4 piece of Basic White Thick card stock. Score at 2 1/4 and 6 1/2.
Cut a piece of Heartwarming Hugs Designer Series Paper to 2 3/4 x 9 5/8.
Round all four corners of both pieces with the Detailed Trio Punch.
Adhere together with Multipurpose Liquid Glue.
Fold and burnish with a Bone Folder.
Use a Stamparatus to stamp the sentiment (Tidings & Trimmings) in Mossy Meadow Classic Ink onto a piece of Basic White card stock.
Crop with a Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine and the Warm Wrap die.
Adhere as shown with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
Add Tear & Tape to the outside edges of the 2 1/4 scored flap. Remove the protective backing and adhere, creating the pocket for the gift card.
Fold all pieces in and wrap a piece of Real Red 3/8″ Double Stitched Satin Ribbon around, securing with a bow.
CHANGE IT UP! This simple gift card holder can be modified for any theme or occasion just by swapping out your Designer Series Paper and sentiment!
