New WOW! Video! Create a Stocking Pillow Box

On yesterday’s Stampin’ Pretty post here, I shared tips and details for an adorable stocking pillow box.  The pillow box is a festive and pretty way to package small gifts, treats and gift cards year round.

Click on the video above to watch my demonstration of the Trim Your Stocking Thinlits Dies.

I put together a WOW! video to share how I used the Stampin’ Up! Trim Your Stocking Thinlits Dies to produce both a stocking pillow box as well as a pillow box for year round use.  IDEA:  The stocking box would be adorable for a baby shower with a change up to pastels!

My video offers oodles of tips and time savers for the best results!  I’m hoping I reduced the learning curve for you and you can just focus on the fun of making these!

UPDATED!  I create another video with “how to” instructions on specifically creating the pillow box without the stocking.

I love hearing from you!  Please leave me your questions or comments about the project for today.

  1. New video with a step by step demonstration on creating the pillow box (without the stocking)! https://youtu.be/rhQeDAN8Ywk

  2. Oh My Goodness Mary, these are fantastic! They are absolutely on my November order! Thanks for the great tutorial!

  3. Thank you for a great video. I watched somebody else’s and still was a bit baffled. Love all you tips and tricks! I heard someone refer to the Lego die and I had no idea of what they were talking about and now I know! Amazing job on the video and the projects. I love the black and red look and actually used it for my Green with Envy swap. Now, I can proceed with buying this set. I thought they would look cute holding some little chew sticks at the dog bakery. But, she will have to pay me a bit more since these are a bit more labor intensive but the will look so cute! Who knows, maybe Chrissy Claus will have to send Lucy one!

    • I’m so glad it was helpful, Chris R., and that you have ideas already to put into “puppy” action! Lucy loves her treats!

  4. I’m COMPLETELY in love with what you created. You did an amazing job on this video my friend. THANKS!!!!!

  5. Oodles of wonderful shapes in this die set. I am so glad you could walk me through it – always wonderful to hear your voice. <3

    • Thanks, BK. Considering how much we chat by phone (a lot), I’m surprised you still like to hear my voice. Very kind!

    • Good question, Teresa. It’s irregular in shape. However, approx. 4″ x 2 1/2″ x 1/2″.

  6. Oh my gosh, Mary!!! this is just adorable, so creative and so beautiful.
Thank you for the video, as always, it’s so much fun to see you in action.
    XO
    Maria.
