While at Convention, Stampin’ Up! demonstrators had the chance to see many Christmas card ideas using products from the Holiday Catalog and create this card using Cozy Christmas stamp set and Home for Christmas Designer Series Paper. I love the retro vibe. How about you?
SEPT. 1! The sneak peek holiday products shared today will be available when the Stampin’ Up! Catalog begins Sept. 1
STAMPIN’ PRETTY TIPS:
- The adorable Santa was snipped from one of the patterns in the Home for Christmas Designer Series Paper.

- Tucked behind my Santa is a snippet of Very Vanilla 1 1/4″ Subtle Stripes Satin Ribbon (available Sept. 1). Luscious for cards, gifts and more!

Mary, I love your card! I will definitely be makig a few 🙂 Would it be possible to knw the measurements to the card so that I can start right away. I can’t wait for Christmas!!!!! hahaha
Thanks, Flo! You started my morning with a smile!
Cute card! Love the button, Santa Claus and paper coords.
I’m super excited about my next order, too, cindy! This is such a fantastic, on trend and fun new group of products. Stampin’ Up! hit a home run!
Hi, Mary
This card is absolutely perfect in every way! Love the design, the colors, the retro feel with a modern twist, the jolly Santa… You’re making me eager to get my preorder (I caved and expedited… couldn’t wait a whole week!). I feel a CASE of this beautiful card in my future… Thanks for sharing your always inspiring work! 🙂
Cindy
I agree . . . the whole retro feel really has me nostalgic!
I love this card! It brings back warm memories.
Very retro indeed! That Santa is a doll.
when I first saw this card I immediately started to look for the item number for the adorable Santa stamp set! And then what to my wondering eyes did appear, but Santa isn’t a stamp at all but fussy cut out of DP! Adorable Mary!
Oh, you make me smile with your comment, Rita!
Stunning card! I love the way you’ve put together the layers, ribbon, and button. And that fussy cut Santa is too adorable!
I wish I could take credit, Candy (sweet Georgia girl). This was a make and take and other than the Vanilla layer attached to the Cherry Cobbler card base, it’s not my idea (but I did create it)! I appreciate your sweet words!
Thanks for your feedback. I love that Santa!
Another stunning card. I love the whole layout, and that sneak peak of the Christmas stamp. What a great idea to fussy cut DP.
DARLING card! You seriously have some WILD-MAD paper snipping skills.
Now this is a pretty Christmas card. So cheerful and the colors are Christmas. Thank for sharing. So many sweet details especially the buttons.
Mary, this card is so beautiful, classy and fun. Love this adorable Santa, wish there was a stamp of this image.
Your layout is fabulous as always with perfect lines and lovely details.
Thank you for sharing.
I’m not going for retro look…I like the Santa, don’t enjoy fussy cutting.
Hi Debra! There will be plenty of holiday products (40 pages) that I’m sure you will love. Retro holiday is a hot look right now but there is everything from contemporary looks (black and gold) to more traditional (and not retro)!
