I'll be updating my blog throughout the day and keeping you posted as Stampin' Up!'s new Spring/Summer 2009 Idea Book and Catalog goes live. I anticipate the download will be available shortly after noon (MT) pending no technical issues. However, I don't have a definite time–please check back.
When released, the new catalog, catalog suppy list supplement and D?cor Elements Phase 3 catalog will be available for download by clicking on the respective photo covers and links on my blog's right side bar.

Not only is it a big day for Stampin' Up! fans, it's time for my mojo-licious contribution to Julee Tilman's Mojo Monday Sketch Challenge 70. TIP: If there's one thing that kickstarts a project for me, it's a good sketch. Julie is a layout goddess. I'll have a new Mojo Sketch and sample to share each Monday.
Echoes of Kindness (Stampin' Up! Hostess Level 3) is my resource for the stem image. I dipped it in Chocolate Chip Ink and stamped on Very Vanilla card stock. Remember, my New Year's Resolution about honing my watercoloring skills this year? TIP: Using a Blender Pen and a few drops of Cameo Coral and Kiwi Kiss, I can quickly add soft, watercolor-like effects.
For the sentiment, I used a different flower stamp from Echoes of Kindness. TIP: It was inked in Cameo Coral and stamped off once on a piece of scratch paper before stamping it on my Very Vanilla square. This creates a soft background, perfect for layering my Chocolate Chip "I just heard" sentiment on top.
A Paper Piercer and Template from Stampin' Up!'s Crafter's Tool Kit (104310) makes placement of
three Ruby Red Brads a breeze. TIP: Don't marry yourself to the concept that everything has to match perfectly. The Ruby Red Brads add depth and pizzazz, despite not being an exact match to Cameo Coral. Experiment.
COMING UP! Stampin' Up! introduces Embosslits to the new catalog (p. 202) and I'll show you step-by-step how to use these little darlings. So easy.

What a lovely card! My biggest struggle is card layout and I’m so impressed with the Mojo Monday layouts — and what your creative interpretations of them are! I appreciate your step-by-step instructions and helpful tips — you provide such a wonderful resource for us stampers/paper crafters!
