CUT YOUR CARD STOCK – DIMENSIONS:
- Mossy Meadow Card Stock:
- Card Base – 4 1/4 x 11, scored at 5 1/2 (on the side)
- Old Olive Card Stock:
- Layer – 4 x 5 1/4
- Pecan Pie Card Stock:
- Belly Band – 1 1/2 x 8 1/2
- Garden Green Card Stock:
- Die-Cut Sentiment – 3 1/4 x 2 3/4 (before die-cutting)
- Graceful Greenery Vellum Specialty Designer Series Paper:
- Print Layer – 3 3/4 x 5
- Stems – 6 x 2 (before punching)
PROJECT TUTORIAL:
Burnish the fold of the Mossy Meadow card base with a Bone Folder.
Layer and adhere the Graceful Greenery Vellum to Old Olive layer together and to the card with Multipurpose Liquid Glue.
Lay the card over the 1 1/2 x 8 1/2 belly band, then wrap around the card, adhering the seam with Multipurpose Liquid Glue where the tag will adhere. TIP: Leave a little “wiggle room” between the belly band and card so that it’s slightly snug but easy enough to slip on and off.
Wrap the belly band with White 3/8″ Frayed Grosgrain Ribbon, securing over the seam with Mini Glue Dots.
Wrap the ribbon with Linen Thread, securing with a bow as shown.
Rub the Garden Green layer with an Embossing Buddy (Embossing Additions Tool Kit).
Use a Mini MISTI stamp tool to stamp the sentiment (Greetings of the Season stamp set) in Versamark Classic Ink (twice) onto the center of the Garden Green layer.
Cover the sentiment with white Basics WOW! Embossing Powder. Tap to remove the excess. Set with a Heat Tool.
Use the Stampin’ Cut and Emboss Machine (Standard or Mini) to crop the sentiment with the 3 x 2 3/8 Nested Essentials die.
Crop two stems from the textured Graceful Greenery Vellum with the Bough Punch.
Adhere one stem below the ribbon and one above as shown with Mini Glue Dots.
Adhere the sentiment to the belly band as shown with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
POP OF PERSONALITY! Embellish with one trio of Pearl Berries from the Adhesive-Backed Cherry Cobbler & Pearl Berries.
