This color combination (Pretty Peacock, Lost Lagoon, Basic Beige and Crumb Cake) really takes the Stampin’ Up! Lovely & Sweet Stamp Set and Dies to a new level of chic. The simple, die cut florals add a plush richness and who couldn’t love the Basic Beige circle with the dotted border (Everyday Details dies – one of My Favorite Things).

WHAT I LOVE! If you don’t own the Stampin’ Up! Adhesive Backed Antique Textured Dots (on the circle and sentiment), you’ll want to pop them on your next order. (Estimated Restock the week of June 24). They have a brassy finish that “goes” with just about everything and sport wee textured dots on the top for added interest!

CUT YOUR CARD STOCK – DIMENSIONS:

• Crumb Cake Card Stock:
  • Card Base – 5 1/2 x 8 1/2, scored at 4 1/4 (on the side)
  • Die-Cut Sentiment – 2 3/4 x 1 1/2 (before die-cutting)
• Basic Beige Card Stock:
  • Layer – 5 1/4 x 4
  • Die-Cut Circle – 3 1/2 x 3 1/2 (before die-cutting)
  • Die-Cut Floral Stem – 1 1/2 x 1 (before die-cutting)
• Pretty Peacock Card Stock:
  • Stamped Layer – 4 3/4 x 3 1/2
  • Die-Cut Double Leaves (3) – 4 1/2 x 1 (before die-cutting)
• Lost Lagoon Card Stock:
  • Stamped & Die-Cut Floral – 4 x 3 1/2 (before die-cutting)

PROJECT TUTORIAL:

Burnish the fold of the Crumb Cake card base with a Bone Folder.

Adhere the 5 1/4 x 4 Basic Beige layer to the card base with Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

Use a Clear Block B to stamp the texture in Pretty Peacock Classic Ink onto the left of the Pretty Peacock card stock layer.

Adhere to the card with Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

Use a  Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine (Standard) to crop the Basic Beige layer with the 3 1/4 Everyday Details circle die.

Adhere to the card with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

Use a Mini MISTI stamp tool to position and stamp the floral image (Lovely and Sweet stamp set) in Pretty Peacock Classic Ink onto the Lost Lagoon card stock layer and the sentiment in Pretty Peacock Classic Ink onto the Crumb Cake layer. Use a Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine (Standard or Mini) and the Lovely and Sweet dies to crop the following:

• Stamped Flower (Lost Lagoon)
• Sentiment (Crumb Cake)
• Double Leaves (Pretty Peacock)
• Floral Stem (Basic Beige)

Adhere the Lost Lagoon floral die-cut to the Basic Beige die-cut circle as shown with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

Tie a bow of Linen Thread and adhere as shown with a Mini Glue Dot.

Adhere the three double leaves and floral stem to the back of the die-cut sentiment with Mini Glue Dots.

Adhere the sentiment as shown with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

POP OF PERSONALITY! Embellish with 3 Adhesive Backed Antique Textured Dots.

PERFECT POLISH! Use a Mini MISTI stamp tool to position and stamp the floral image (Lovely and Sweet stamp set) in Pretty Peacock Classic Ink onto the flap of a Basic White Medium Envelope as shown.
