A few days ago I published a Stampin’ Pretty Fun Poll asking which of the NEW 2022-2024 In Colors is your favorite. A total of 979+ votes were cast and Tahitian Tide took the win with 311 of them (31.77%). So today’s card honors the winner with several Tahitian Tide elements, as well as a little pop of Sweet Sorbet.
This congratulations card also uses two of My Favorite Things from the 2022-2023 Stampin’ Up! Annual Catalog: Charming Sentiments Bundle and the Designer Tags Die Set. You can see the rest of My Favorite Things here.
STAMPIN’ PRETTY STEP-BY-STEP TUTORIAL:
Begin with a 4 1/4 x 5 1/2 Basic White Thick card base.
Adhere a 3 3/4 x 5 piece of Tahitian Tide 2022-2024 In Color Designer Series Paper to a 4 x 5 1/4 piece of Tahitian Tide card stock together with Stampin’ Seal and to the card base with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
Use a Stamparatus to stamp the sentiment (Charming Sentiment) in Versamark Ink onto a piece of Sweet Sorbet card stock. Cover with white Basics Embossing Powder. Set with a Heat Tool.
Crop the following with a Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine (Standard or Mini):
- Stamped Sentiment: Coordinating Sentiment Silhouettes Dies
- Basic White card stock: Stylish Shapes Die (largest square), Designer Tags Dies (layer tag and detailed tag)
- Tahitian Tide card stock: Stylish Shapes Die (2nd-largest circle), Designer Tags Dies (detailed tag)
- Sweet Sorbet card stock: Designer Tags Dies (butterfly)
Layer and adhere all pieces as shown with Stampin’ Seal, Multipurpose Liquid Glue, and Stampin’ Dimensionals.
Thread a piece of Tahitian Tide 2022-2024 In Color Baker’s Twine through the top of the tag as shown.
POP OF PERSONALITY! Embellish with Sweet Sorbet 2022-2024 In Color Matte Decorative Dots.
OH, SO PRETTY! The card below also uses several Tahitian Tide elements.
