Welcome to the first Stampin’ Pretty Pals’ Blog Hop of 2022! This month, the theme is Sale-A-Bration. We really hope that you will be inspired by all the wonderful creations the Pals are sharing with you! We love hearing from you, so as you hop from blog to blog, please feel free to leave a comment, it would be most appreciated. You will find the lineup at the end of my post to help you “hop” along from Pal to Pal.
My Easter Blessings Card showcases the Daffodil Afternoon Designer Series Paper, which can be earned for FREE during Sale-a-Bration! I love that it coordinates with the Daffodil Daydream Bundle from the 2022 January – June Mini Catalog.
STAMPIN’ PRETTY STEP-BY-STEP TUTORIAL:
Begin with a 4 1/4 x 5 1/2 card base of Very Vanilla Thick card stock.
Adhere a 1/2 x 5 1/2 and a 3 3/4 x 5 1/2 piece of Daffodil Afternoon Designer Series Paper to the card base with Stampin’ Seal.
Zip a 3 3/4 x 2 piece of Very Vanilla card stock through a Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine (Mini or Standard) tucked inside the Striped (Stripes & Splatters) 3D Embossing Folder.
Double wrap with Black Baker’s Twine Essentials, securing with a bow.
Adhere to the card base with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
Crop a piece of Pear Pizzazz card stock with the largest circle Beautiful Shapes Die and a Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine (Mini or Standard).
Adhere as shown with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
Use a Stamparatus to stamp the sentiment, flower, and butterfly in Tuxedo Black Memento Ink onto a piece of Very Vanilla card stock.
Crop the sentiment with a Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine and the Messages die.
Crop the daffodil and butterfly with a Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine (Mini or Standard) and the coordinating Daffodil Dies.
Color with the following Stampin’ Blend Combo Packs: Mossy Meadow, Pale Papaya, and Flirty Flamingo.
Adhere as shown with Stampin’ Seal and Stampin’ Dimensionals.
POP OF PERSONALITY! Embellish with Matte Black Dots.
PERFECT POLISH! Use Multipurpose Liquid Glue to adhere a 2 1/4 x 5 3/4 piece of Daffodil Afternoon Designer Series Paper to the outside flap of a Basic White Medium Envelope. Trim to size with Paper Snips. You can see my video demonstration with tips on adding designer paper to an envelope flap here.
More inspiration awaits, so use the lineup below to visit the rest of the team. The Pals are excited to show you what they’ve created!
Mark your calendars for our next blog hop on February 9th. Our theme will be Birthday Bash! The Pals will create birthday projects to celebrate our family and friends.
Until then, have fun in your craft space.
