Begin by burnishing the fold of a Whisper White Note Card with a Bone Folder. 

Use a Stamparatus to position and stamp the sentiment in Night of Navy Ink onto the bottom right corner of a 4 1/2 x 3 piece of Whisper White card stock as shown. 

Adhere to the card base with Stampin’ Dimensionals. 

Use the coordinating dies from the Golf Club Dies, along with a die-cutting and embossing machine to crop the two images from the Country Club Designer Series Paper. 

Adhere together and to the card with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

Use Multipurpose Liquid Glue to adhere a 1 7/8 x 5 1/8 piece of Country Club Designer Series Paper to the outside flap of a Whisper White Note Card Envelope. Trim to size with Paper Snips.  You can see my video demonstration with tips on adding designer paper to an envelope flap here.
