The Beautiful Day Stamp set (one of My Favorite Things) has a WOW! butterfly and flower that beg to be colored.
I stamped the butterfly image with Tuxedo Black Memento Ink and used my Calypso Coral Stampin’ Blends Markers to add graduated color. Learn more about Stampin’ Blends here (including tips and video demonstrations).
The sentiment (also Beautiful Day stamp set) was cropped with a die from Petals & More Thinlits Dies. It’s popped up on a couple Stampin’ Dimensionals.

This is such a BEAUTIFUL card my friend. And you have mastered the fine art of coloring…..Without a doubt.
I experimented a little. Starting with dark vs. light, etc. Pretty much the same results. I used the color lifter on one to get almost a marbled effect. Still playing with that!

Thanks, Maria. I do pretty quick coloring . . . the Stampin’ Blend’s markers do the “heavy lifting” of layering and blending!
