Use a Stamparatus to position and stamp the sentiment first in Night of Navy Classic Ink followed by Versamark Ink onto a piece of Basic White card stock that has been cropped with the Waves Die.

Cover with Clear Basics Stampin’ Emboss Powder, flick to remove the excess, and set with a Heat Tool.

Wrap with a piece of White 1/4 Crinkled Seam Binding Ribbon, threading through the openings of the sentiment die-cut, securing with a bow.

Adhere the die-cut to the layer and the layer to the card with Stampin’ Dimensionals
