Inspired By Color & Oh So Succulent Stamp Set

Stampin Up Oh So Succulent Birthday Card Idea - Mary Fish stampinup

The inspiration for today’s birthday card comes from Oh So Succulent stamp set and a pretty color combination that can be found on my Stampin’ Pretty Inspired by Color board on Pinterest.  This board is full of fun, modern color mixes with new combinations added all the time!

STAMPIN’ PRETTY TIPS:

  • The succulents were created using the Oh So Succulent stamp set and a two-step stamping process. The outline stamp was stamped at full color with the inside stamped off once to create a lighter image.
  • Bundle up!  The coordinating Succulents Framelits dies made cutting the pretty clusters a snap. The stamp set and framelits dies are available as a bundle at a 10% savings.  See all Stampin’ Up! 10% off bundles here.

  • Give it texture!  The Woodgrain Embossing Folder provides a WOW! background.
  • Pool Party 3/8″ Stitched Satin Ribbon is the perfect touch.

  • The sentiment, also from Oh So Succulents stamp set, is stamped in Early Espresso ink, layered and popped with Stampin Dimensionals.
  • Add even more dimension by layering and popping up the succulent “garden.”
