Today’s Simple Saturday sympathy card offers a soothing palette of Very Vanilla, Crumb Cake and Mint Macaron.  I love the bold look of the Definitely Dahlia stamp.

Definitely Dahlia Stamp Set

A handcrafted sympathy card is such a heartfelt way to share our passion for paper crafting.

  • I paper snipped the dahlia (Definitely Dahlia stamp set) and popped it up on dimensionals for a 3-D effect.  If you want to save time, you could stamp directly to the Very Vanilla layer.

  • A soft and pretty stripe pattern from Pretty Petals Designer Series Paper Stack (one of My Favorite Things) was added to the right side the card as well as the envelope liner.

  • The sentiment is from You’ve Got This stamp set.  It was stamped with Crumb Cake ink.

  • The perfect touch is a Very Vanilla Classy Designer Button with a a bit of Linen Thread.
