Up, Up & Away stamp set is such fun to mix and match.The balloon was snipped out and popped up on Stampin' Dimensionals. - I also used my Paper Snips to give the tail it's freedom.
- The "cloud" is actually one of the punches from the Cupcake Builder Punch.
- Adding a touch of Berry Blossoms Designer Series Paper to the envelope flap gives a pretty polish.
