Stampin’ Up! Color Swatch Charts

SDC10756-1
Isn't this a fabulous idea?  One of my fellow Stampin' Up! demonstrators and virtual pals, Anne Beale Yancy, created these color swatch charts for Stampin' Up!'s four color families, neutrals and the In Colors.

I punched each color from card stock (used up many of my scraps) using a 1" Circle Punch (109046) and adhered it over the circle next to it's color name.  Perfection!  Much handier and more accurate than a catalog chart.   You can take it a step further by cutting the sheets by individual color family.

  1. I just saw your pug card …. LOVE IT! We have two pugs, now I will have to punch a few myself!

  2. Thank Anne for me. What a great idea. I sat down last night and made myself one. I had a few colors left over that there wasn’t a spot for so I made my own circles. (Kraft, confetti cream and confetti white) What a help this is also when I have so many inks on the table and don’t know which family they belong to when I put them away. Now when that happens, I can just refer to my charts. Thanks a heap Anne for your computer know how to do this for all of us out here that are computer illiterate.

  3. This is great! In addition to not opening the caty to that page all the time, I’ll have a quick look to see which colors I do and do not have. Thanks for sharing and sending us to the source!

  4. Isn’t it cool? My upline sent me a chart like that when I signed up, so I’ve been making one for my recruits as well. My own copy even includes stamping underneath to show the matching inks.

    The clients love it!

  5. Great idea! I made a swatch out of 3/4″ x 1.5″ pieces of card stock. Punched a hole in one end with a 1/4″ hole punch and attached them together using a scrapbook post. It fits in my pocket so I can always have y color samples with me when i travel.

  6. I love it. Now I just need all the colors of cardstock. This makes it easy to match colors too, which I am always trying to do. I have a friend who does something similar with her stamps.

  7. This is SO COOL. The organizational diva in me loves it! Perfect day to do it too, we have a “monsoon” here in FL. 13 1/2″ since Monday!
