Pals Blog Hop: How to Build a Beautiful Birdhouse Birthday Card

Welcome to the Stampin’ Pretty Pals’ Blog Hop!

This month, the theme is “Fun Family Occasions.” We hope that you will be inspired by the creations the Pals are sharing with you! You will find the lineup at the end of my post to help you “hop” along from Pal to Pal.

Create a Wonderful Happy Birthday Card using the Country Birdhouse Bundle by Stampin' Up! Card by Mary Fish, Stampin' Pretty

Bird lovers everywhere rejoice over the Stampin’ Up! Country Birdhouse dies used on today’s birthday card. The Country Birdhouse stamp set and dies are part of the Country Woods suite, new in the Stampin’ Up! 2024-2025 Annual Catalog. I anticipate this suite will be a customer favorite and I hope this card convinces you why.

WHAT I LOVE!  Make an elegant statement with an envelope flap that coordinates with the card.  Aren’t those leafy details gorgeous?  Simply cover the envelope flap with a 5 3/4 x 4 1/4 piece of Basic Black card stock.  Crop with the leaf die from Around the Bend Dies.  Use Paper Snips to easily trim the very edges of the curve (the die is just short) of the width of the envelope.  When it’s time to send and seal the envelope, be sure to add extra glue below the leaves. I recommend you put it (card inside the decorative envelope) in a clear envelope just to be sure the leaves don’t mess with U.S. mail delivery!
