Add a stamped or pre-cut sentiment (I used the Saying Something Ephemera Pack) or step them up with just few extras (not included) as I did. It’s a quick, easy stamping experience for beginners to avid paper craftings. The packs make fabulous gifts, too!
WHAT I LOVE! I stepped up the happy card using the Countryside Corners Dies (Item 161471), a touch of white baker’s twine and the 2024-2026 In Color Resin Dots (you’ll want these) and some added Shy Shamrock and Basic White card stock. Don’t have the dies? Try nesting simple rectangles or just add “happy” directly to the card!
CUT YOUR CARD STOCK – DIMENSIONS:
- Basic White Card Stock:
- Die-Cut – 3 3/4 x 2 1/4 (before die-cutting)
- Shy Shamrock Card Stock:
- Die-Cut – 4 1/4 x 2 3/4 (before die-cutting)
PROJECT TUTORIAL:
Begin by burnishing the fold of the Sunny Springs card base with a Bone Folder.
Use a Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine (Standard) to crop the following with the Countryside Corners dies:
- Basic White – 3 1/2 x 2 die
- Shy Shamrock – 4 x 2 1/2 die
Use a Paper Trimmer to trim each hexagon top corner to bottom corner on the right side.
Adhere “Happy” (Saying Something Ephemera Pack) to the Basic White die-cut as shown.
Adhere the two die-cuts together and to the card with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
Tie a bow of white Baker’s Twine Essentials.
Adhere behind the die-cut corner, as shown, with a MIni Glue Dot
