Today I’m sharing the details of the Stampin’ Up! September 2022 Spooky Treats Paper Pumpkin Kit along with an alternate project idea (+1) and step-by-step tutorial. SNEAK PEEK! USE A PAPER TRIMMER* TO CUT YOUR CARD STOCK – DIMENSIONS:
- Basic Black Card Stock*:
- Card Base – 4 1/4 X 11, scored at 5 1/2
- Gray Granite Card Stock*:
- Layer – 3 3/4 x 3 3/4
- Plaid Box Top (from kit):
- Cut apart at the 2 1/2 and 7 1/8 score lines
- Note: for this alternate, you will NOT use the tapered end
- White Box Top (from kit):
- Cut at the 2 1/2 score line
- Note: for this alternate, you will ONLY use the 2 1/2 x 3 1/16 piece you cut off
STEP-BY-STEP TUTORIAL:
Use a Bone Folder to burnish the fold of the card base.
Flip the 3 1/16 x 4 1/2 plaid box top to the white side and adhere to the card base with Stampin’ Seal*.
Adhere the two Fresh Freesia die-cut labels to the top and bottom of the white piece as shown.
Adhere the Gray Granite card stock with Stampin’ Seal* as shown.
Stamp the sentiment in Tuxedo Black Memento Ink onto the 2 1/2 x 3 1/16 white piece and adhere as shown.
Adhere the Plaid Box Top piece with Stampin’ Seal as shown.
Adhere the black and white scalloped circle die-cut and spider die-cut together and to the card as shown with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
Adhere a bow of black Baker’s Twine Essentials* with an adhesive dot.
Embellish with black stars.
