Simple Saturday: A Texture Chic Thank You Card

I was so excited to dive into the gorgeous Texture Chic Specialty Designer Series Paper from the Stampin’ Up! 2022-2023 Annual Catalog! To showcase its beauty, I kept today’s card simple with just a sentiment and a couple coordinating embellishments.

This thank you card debuts the Deckled Rectangles Dies which landed on the list of My Favorite Things from the 2022-2023 Stampin’ Up! Annual Catalog. You can see all of My Favorite Things here.

STAMPIN’ PRETTY STEP-BY-STEP TUTORIAL:

Begin with a 4 1/4 x 5 1/2 card base of Soft Suede card stock.

Use a Paper Trimmer to cut a 4 x 5 1/4 piece and 2 3/4 x 4 piece of Basic White card stock.

Crop the following with a Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine (Standard) and the Deckled Rectangles Dies:

Soft Suede card stock – 3-15/16 x 4-5/16
Texture Chic Specialty Designer Series Papers – 3-3/4 x 5-1/8 and 2-5/8 x 4

Layer and adhere the three smaller pieces as shown with Stampin’ Seal.

Wrap with Petal Pink 3/8″ Soft Polyester Ribbon, securing with bow.

Adhere to the card with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

Use a Stamparatus to stamp the sentiment (Good Feelings Stamp Set) in Soft Suede Classic Ink onto a piece of Basic White card stock.

Crop with a Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine (Standard or Mini) and the Beautiful Shapes 2-1/2 circle die.

Adhere to the card with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

POP OF PERSONALITY! Embellish with Petal Pink Solid Faceted Gems.

PERFECT POLISH! Use Multipurpose Liquid Glue to adhere a 2 1/4 x 5 3/4 piece of Texture Chic Specialty Designer Series Paper to the outside flap of a Basic White Medium Envelope.
