Simple Saturday! Stampin' Up! Poinsettia Place Nugget Holders

Today’s post showcases super cute and simple double Hershey Nugget treat holders that can be used as stocking stuffers, for place settings, and more! These two nugget holders use several products from the Poinsettia Place Suite Collection.

Nothing says classic Christmas like the Stampin’ Up! Poinsettia Place Suite Collection. Create seasonal blooms that embody beauty and tradition.

* Poinsettia Petals Photopolymer Stamp Set
* Poinsettia Dies
* Poinsettia Place Designer Series Paper
* Plush Poinsettia Specialty Paper
* Beaded Pearls
* Real Red 3/8″ Sheer Ribbon

STAMPIN’ PRETTY STEP-BY-STEP TUTORIAL:

Begin with a 2 x 6 piece of Plush Poinsettia Specialty Paper. Score at 2 3/8 and 3 5/8.

Crop both ends with any of the Tag Topper Punches: Delightful (left), Scalloped (right), Fancy (not shown).

Use a Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine to crop two pieces of Poinsettia Place Designer Series or Red Velvet Paper with the 2 7/8 x 7/8 Stitched Rectangle Die. Adhere around the nugget with Glue Dots to keep in place.

TIP: The 2 7/8 x 7/8 Stitched Rectangle Die-Cut wraps a Hershey Nugget PERFECTLY!

Adhere the nuggets between the two score lines as shown with Mini Glue Dots.

Use a Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine to crop pieces of Silver Foil, Gold Foil, or Red Velvet with the small embossed Poinsettia dies.

Adhere to the top of the nuggets or the outside of the holder as shown with Mini Glue Dots.

Add Rhinestone Basic Jewels (Silver or Red) to the center of the Poinsettia die-cuts.

Pull the two punched ends together and secure with a bow of ribbon or baker’s twine. I used All the Trimmings Ribbon on the left and Playful Pets Real Red 1/8″ Stitched Grosgrain Ribbon on the right.

SNEAK PEEK: Use the Message Die (coming January 5, 2021) to crop a piece of Whisper White card stock. Pick from several of the die-cut labels and stamp your favorite sentiment in your choice of ink – Itty Bitty Christmas on the left and Poinsettia Petals on the right, both stamped in Real Red Classic Ink.

Adhere with Mini Glue Dots.
