Ornate Garden & Stampin' Pretty Sketchbook #5

Today’s “Thanks” card showcases products from the Ornate Garden Suite, an early release from the upcoming Stampin’ Up! 2020-2021 Annual Catalog. Customers can order the Ornate Garden Suite as a bundle or each item individually starting April 1. You can read all about the Ornate Garden Suite on my blog page here.

Since I use this layout often, (see Thursday’s post here), I thought it best to add it to my Stampin’ Pretty Sketchbook! You can see my collection of Stampin’ Pretty Sketchbook layouts on my blog page here.

STAMPIN’ PRETTY STEP-BY-STEP TUTORIAL:

Start with a 4 1/4 x 5 1/2 card base of Old Olive card stock.

Adhere a 4 x 5 1/4 piece of Gold Foil to the card base with Snail Adhesive.

Crop three pieces of Ornate Garden Specialty Designer Series Paper with the 1 x 4 stitched rectangle die, part of the Ornate Layers Dies, and a die-cutting and embossing machine.

Adhere them to a 3 1/2 x 4 1/4 piece of Gold Foil with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

Wrap with Old Olive Ornate Garden Ribbon, securing with a bow as shown.

Adhere to a 3 3/4 x 4 1/2 piece of Old Olive card stock with Snail Adhesive, then to the card base with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

Use a Stamparatus to position and stamp the sentiment (Ornate Thanks Stamp Set) in Versamark Ink onto a piece of Old Olive card stock that has been rubbed with an Embossing Buddy. Cover with Gold Stampin’ Emboss Powder, flick to remove the excess and set with a Heat Tool.

Crop the sentiment with the die from the Ornate Frames Dies set.

Adhere as shown with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

POP OF PERSONALITY! Add two gold Gilded Gems to the sentiment as shown.
