  1. Hi Gloria . . . I shared a photo above of how I added the colorful card stock to the back after cropping the butterflies with the dies. If your friend loves purple . . . try combining several shades of purple (even tossing in Navy if it flows better with two of the purples vs. three). I like your idea of our new Going Places stamp set. Anything with a “hello” is appropriate, too! M

  2. I really love your style. No one creates like you do. I was really hoping for instruction for your card. I want to send a birthday card to a friend many, many miles away. Her favorite color is purple. Any shade of purple, she doesn’t care. I thought this would be a perfect card for her. I’m trying to think of a stamp set SU has that would talk about the miles apart. I could use our new Going Places and make it softer. What do you think? I’m a new SU demonstrator. Any and all help is appreciated! Thank you for sharing.

  3. Mary, your card is darling! I simply love how this trio of butterflies in the field of white. Lovely job and great color combo challenge!

  15. How did you get the butterflies to not get cut out all the way? It looks to me that just the wings are cut. Maybe you pasted them on but it doesn’t look like that to me. I’m so curious. I love, love, that card, now I’m going to have to buy those butterflies. Thanks for sharing it with us.
