Thank you for joining us for the September Pals Blog Hop. This
month we are showcasing projects made with the Stampin’ Up! tools we
love.
You should have just left stop number 12 on the Pals Hop – Linda Callahan’s Stampin’ Seasons Blog. If so, you are in the right spot.
If you get off track, the full blog lineup below will help you move along
from blog to blog so you see all of the amazing creations.
I selected the Stampin’ Up! Chalk Talk Framelits Dies as my tool of choice for the hop. They not only crop the Chalk Talk stamp set tags with perfection, they will crop many other tags, sentiments or even a “cut out” window as I did in gingham (Gingham Garden Designer Series Paper) on today’s card.
STAMPIN’ PRETTY TIP: If the side you cut with a Framelits die leaves a bit of an embossed line behind, “iron” it by smoothing with a Bone Folder or plan your crop to flip the opposite side up.
Stamp Set: Chalk Talk (Wood-Mount 130631, Clear-Mount 130634)
Paper: Gingham Garden Designer Series Paper (129310), Whisper White (100730)
Ink: Island Indigo (126986)
Cool Tools: Chalk Talk Framelits Dies (129983)
The Perfect Touch: Real Red 1/4″ Stitched Grosgrain Ribbon (126875), Whisper White Baker’s Twine (124262), Bold Brights Candy Dots (130931), Stampin’ Dimensionals (104430)

Mary, this card gave me a great jump start to a masculine thank you note. I like how the layout lends itself well to Very Vanilla, too! TFS
I went thru the blog hop so quickly on Tuesday and am now savoring the projects. And I have to tell you Mary that no one does “white space” more appealing than you! Love the crispness of this card… your special signature!
Clean & crisp…gorgeous Mary!
Oh Mary your creations are always so wonderful…I love blue and gingham….perfect card!
Clean and gorgeous! I’m officially enabled: getting the Chalk Talk framelits!
Gorgeous Mary, as usual! Thank you for the tip!
Great blog hop, as always. But, what happened to the guys this month!?
That gingham looks great with the white, so clean. Love the Chalk Talk!
So creative Mary! Great use of Chalk Talk!
Mary your card is Perfection. I always know that when I come by and take a look at your cards they are going to be Clean, Crisp and Beautiful all at the same time! Thanks for all the inspiration and for being a great leader!
Hugs

Such a fresh, clean card, Mary. I love your work! Hugs!
Pretty card! I love that bundle, too! Thanks for the tip – I would never have thought of that!
Beautifully simple. Didn’t even know we offered gingham DSP!
Love the touch of RED! Great tip….Great card!
Good to know about that faint line! This is sweet!! The bold colors against the white are terrific!
Another super FISH!!! If there were a line up – I could pick your card every time! Always so clean, crisp…elegant in the typical Mary Fish way! You have taught me to “love” my white spaces and this card you shared today is a great example! Love everything about it!WOOT-WOOT!
Well, that is a great tip! I noticed the line when I made my first decco label. I will have to keep that in mind. I love the ‘window effect’ you made with the tag die and the Gingham paper underneath. Really neat and I will try this. I really like how you put the sentiment on the tag! Thank you so much for sharing with us.
