Stampin’ Up! Fall Card Ideas and Beyond!

Stampin pretty stampin up fall card ideas thank you orchard harvest cannery framelits holiday catalog
Today launches a Stampin’ Pretty Simple & Chic Week of Fall Ideas.  I created a variety of simple cards to share with you that highlight ways to use Stampin’ Up! stamps and designer paper for BOTH fall and year round use.  Think of it as getting high paper crafting “mileage.”

  • I used Basic Gray and More Mustard Stampin’ Write Markers to color the fun and funky corn stamp.  The coordinating Stampin’ Up! Cannery Framelits Die gives it a quick and easy crop!
  • See that sweet little More Mustard border below the sentiment?  That’s More Mustard 1/2″ Scallop Dots Ribbon peeking out.

  • A stick on pearl adds the perfect polish to the More Mustard Designer Button.
  • The Basic Gray and Very Vanilla polka dot paper is from Stampin’ Up! Howlstooth & Scaringbone Designer Series Paper.  It’s not just for Halloween!

  1. Sharon. I applied the color directly to the rubber of the stamp. I simply colored each kernel carefully using the two different markers. It’s not perfect but delivers the effect I was after.

  2. Wonderful, Mary….how creative and your coloring is wonderful as well. Thank you for reminding us to use more than the Fall or Halloween dsps!

  3. What a great idea! You are so creative and really see outside the box! Thanks so much, you are an inspiration!

  4. First time commenter… How did you use your markers to make it look as if you sponged each piece of corn?

  5. An absolute stunner of a card Mary. Color combination, use of product that I never even think of, your layout ….. oh! the layout!!!! A keeper all the way ’round. {hug}

  6. What fun colors, and they really work well for Fall. I love your layout. This is just so eye-catching!

  7. Wow! Only you could make a corn stamp exciting. The set goes on the list of needs. By George, you’ve done it again. Thanks for the inspiration.

  8. Thanks Mary for reminding us that Howlstooth & Scaringbone DSP isn’t just for Halloween. And your tip on the dotted ribbon-BRILLIANT! LOVE EVERYTHING about your Indian Corn Card-Makes me MISS Madison in the Fall.

  9. folded hugs . . . i always liked the corn stamp and framelit but couldn’t figure out how to use it. i kept adding too many colors to the stamp. i finally settled on just mustard and gray and loved it! thanks, m

  10. Talk about clean and simple! Very sophisticated colors and great use of the perfectly preserved stamps and dies.
