Stampin’ Up! Fun Mini Album

Stampin up mini album sweets for the sweet rubber stamps
Today wraps up the Stampin' Up! Demonstrator Convention in Salt Lake City.  So many new ideas, product peeks and fun.  I can't wait to get back and start spreading the news (at least those things that I can divulge at this point).

Stampin up sweets for the sweet rubber stamps mini album
The cute mini album (love the party umbrella) above was created as part of a Stampin' Up! Make & Take when I was on the Alaska Cruise.  Imagine photos tucked in each pocket or maybe little love notes.   The album is not my design–I merely assembled it.  However, I thought you might take some inspiration from it!  It makes great use out of the New Stampin' Up! In Colors.  See my In Color Comparison Chart

  1. Hello!
    Thanks so much for posting!

Could you say how the Crystal Effects glue was used? It seems it’s in the background creating “ocean spray”? Thanks so much! Jodi

    • I like this concept. I visited your blog for the first time and just been your fan. Keep posting as I am gonna come to read it everyday.

  2. I read your post . it was amazing.Your thought process is wonderful. The way you tell about things is awesome.

  3. I have asked my downline Pal, Mike Funke, to do the video. He has the “engineering” aspect down better than I do. Hopefully, he will find time soon. Hugs, M

  4. What a great little mini album! I just love the “sandy” beach. What a great gift for someone going on a vacation or just to use for your own little vacation mementos.

  5. Definitely would love a tutorial on this! Congrats on your acheivements at convention, very well deserved!

  6. I really like this mini album. I make a lot of journals that I re-cover, and i think this would be a nice pocket journal. Do you have the instructions posted or a video on this? Where can I find out how to make this?

Thanks for posting while you’re at Convention….lucky you! Hope you had a great time.

  7. Love it! Maybe the ‘sand’ could be a tutorial?! I actually bought this stamp set for the pinwheels & didn’t even pay attention to the umbrella!! Thanks for the idea!!

  8. I’ll be this project kept you warm while in Alaska, something you are not longing for in Utah! I hope you had a nice time at Convention and congratulations on all of your accomplishments! I’m glad to call you my fearless leader!!! XO

  9. Thought I saw you on stage with Patty. Already have several things to order from the new catalog. Congrats.

  10. Thanks you for posting the picture with it fanned open …. it was the final piece of the puzzle I was missing. I’m making something similar for my daughter who is in labor this week (too early) and on complete bedrest at home!

  11. Very nice! But I don’t know, may qualify as 3-D for me and therefore I’m outta here! Just kidding. Maybe someday!

  12. See…you DO scrapbook! Very nice. I’m always looking for variations on the mini book theme. Good one for the young and restless.

  13. This is such a cute little album –so the sand was spritzed with crumb cake? Have you ever used the stamp I beleive it is called “sandy” I wonder what efect that would give ?

  14. Good morning, Mary: This card…..how fun!!!!! The “sand” looks so real and the little umbrella is just to cute. Makes me wish I was at a beach in Cabo, with “the sun and the sand and a drink in my hand…..” like that Kenny Chesney song.
    Thanks Mary.
    Maria.
