Love is in the air . . . and the stamping world is in love with the Stampin' Up! Occasions Mini Catalog. If you haven't already seen it, click here to download or email me your name and address and I'll send you a print catalog pronto (along with a copy of the Sale-A-Bration catalog, which starts Jan. 25).
When I posted Mary's Occasions Mini Catalog Top 10 Favorites yesterday, I included the Framed Tulips Textured Impressions Embossing Folder. It's the cornerstone of today's card and especially elegant used with Whisper White card stock.
STAMPIN' PRETTY TIPS:
- Love Impressions Rub-Ons are a busy stamper's best friend. The balloon (how cute is that?) and sentiment are both rub-ons. Cool bonus: light or white sentiments really pop on darker cardstock (like the Basic Gray I used).
- Clear Bitty Buttons rock and you can get yours FREE. Click for details on the Filled with Love Bundle special offer. A Basic Jewels Rhinestone adds the perfect hint of sparkle.
- The Pretty in Pink 1/8" Taffeta Ribbon isn't going to slide. Check out this video technique for No Slide Ribbon!

Such a beautiful card, Mary!!! Love it, so crisp and clean. Hugs,
Mary, you are SO creative. I can never think this far into the box or even a bag LOL. Great crisp clean lines and the white/red and gray are stunning.! I want to be “just like you” someday! TFS
Congrats on being in the top six with Mojo Monday. Beautiful card!
Love your card! TFS
Such a sweet card! Love the balloon and the tulip embossing!
Hi Norma: White can be tricky . . . it helps to have a darker background (crumb cake or sahara sand are good neutrals that help cut the glare) and I shoot the light behind the card vs. at it. Give this a try! Hugs and thank you for your sweet sentiments, Mary
sorry type my url incorrect. Love your 1 minute tutorials!
Love the rub-on Mary and of course love the whole card!! I just started stamping not long ago and you have been a huge inspiration!! Mary, quick question about how you take your photos? I have a hard time with white on cards. Any tips? Love your work!
Hugs,
