Saturday Share

Sharing a handmade card is a such a personal way to say thank you.  I wanted to share a couple special thank you cards I received.  I love their simplicity and how the designer paper makes such a powerful, artistic statement.

  1. can you give me the measurements of those 4 pieces on the bottom thank you card, please. love it.

    • Unfortunately, this card was from 2010 and I don’t have the measurements. I suggest you play around a bit with blocks/sizes. It doesn’t need to be exactly the same.

      Hugs, M

    • I used the following measurements
      Top left. 2×3
      Top right. 1 ¾ x 3
      Bottom left. 2 ½ x 2
      Bottom Right 1 ¼ x 2

  2. I need several Thank you cards. Thanks for the inspiration. If I CASE them, I’ll share your site.

  3. I love these two cards though the thank you card is not quite “My” colors but that is easily changed. Now, the other card, I gotta go look to see about those papers! Thanks for sharing – they sparked some creative juices to flow. Your blog is one of my favorites! Thanks again for sharing.

  4. I love how simple they are but are very beautiful cards. I may have to case them.
