Day 2: Week of Simple & Chic Fall Card Ideas

Today continues my week of ideas for using Stampin’ Up! fall products in simple, new ways or, in the case of the card above, giving one of my favorite stamps (the tree from Forever Young) a fall makeover.

  • The Crumb Cake card base was cut to 4 1/4″ x 8 1/2.  It’s scored at 3″ to create the front panel.
  • The More Mustard tree layer measures 3 1/2″ x 3 1/8″.  The Early Espresso mat is 1″4 larger.

  • Yummy!  New to the Stampin’ Up! Holiday Catalog is Early Espresso Stampin’ Emboss Powder.  So rich layered on More Mustard.  I stamped both the tree and sentiment and then embossed.
  • Make a statement.  I added a Stampin’ Up! Antique Brad to the tree for an instant WOW! factor.
