They're easier than you think. I often hear a bit of grumbling from my fellow stampers about the challenge of creating masculine cards. If you think clean, geometric and crisp color combos . . . you're already there! Click here for my Masculine Card Basics.
STAMPIN' PRETTY TIPS:
The Stampin' Up! Curly Label Punch pops out a simple, geometric background when adhered as a pattern (Crushed Curry Textured Card Stock adds a rich touch).
- I believe a Masculine card can handle a touch of ribbon . . . Stampin' Up!'s Basic Gray 5/8" Satin Ribbon reminds me of a tuxedo–exceptionally "man" friendly. I flared the ends for another simple detail.

When in doubt, layer less. This Wide Oval sentiment looks clean and
masculine with just a touch of metal (Styled Silver Hodgepodge
Hardware).

Great card! Love the simplicity of it. But unless you want to be guilty of favorites, you’ll have to come up with projects using Larry and Moe Punches!

Its funny, I actually have a hard time making girlie cards … maybe its that urban/NYC thing. LOL I tend to use a lot of blues and greens, kraft and chocolate chip in general.
Wow, that is such a genius idea(the curly label punch pattern), I love it. You know what though, it reminds me of a chain link fence, lol, which makes it even better for a masculine card.
That is so awesome. Love it. What a great use of that punch, now I can dust it off and use it for something.
Only you would come up with such a graphic use for that punch and the color combo is so trendy too! Always love your work! Thanks for keeping us inspired.
Amazing idea! I love the color combination and had sort of toyed with that idea since I used to have some drapes that had sort of the curry color, gray and then rust mixed in. Anyway, I know my husband would love the card but then again he even likes flowery ones too. Once again, you totally amaze me with your ideas and talent.
