Happy Moments In Color

Stampin up happy moments saleabration card

Wasn't that a fun Stampin up flight of the butterfly punch

STAMPIN' PRETTY TIPS:
  • Stampin up happy moments stampin pretty Many of you know that my black ink "of choice" is Jet Black Stazon.  However, for this project, I used Stampin' Up! Basic Black since my Jet Black attempt smudged a bit when stamping the stems.
  • Watercoloring isn't my forte.  However, I opted for what I consider the "illustrative look" (translation = messy and incomplete–but kinda cool) when coloring the cards.
  • I used a drop of color from my Stampin' Up! Ink Refills with a Blender Pen to color the blossoms.  I used an Old Olive Stampin' Write Marker to color the leaves.
  • Need a quick sentiment?  Chit Chat Rub-Ons cover most occasions and are easy to apply.  An excellent alternative would be Chat Room Rub-Ons from the new Occasions Mini Catalog.
  • White Halfback Pearls from the Stampin' Up! Pretties Kit add the perfect touch.  One nests happily on the butterfly button.  Mini Glue Dots keep them all neatly in place.
  • Check out the yummy texture on More Mustard card stock.  It's created with my  Big Shot and the new Perfect Polka Dots Textured Impressions Folder from the Occasions Mini Catalog.
  • DON'T MISS:  Stampin' Up!'s Textured Impressions Folders cover an entire A2 card front.  Larger coverage than the Cuttlebug folders I have used!
  • Card Size A2 (4 1/4" x 5 1/2", scored on top).
