CUT YOUR CARD STOCK – DIMENSIONS:
- Very Vanilla Thick Card Stock:
- Card Bases – 3 x 6, scored at 3
- Very Vanilla Card Stock
- Die-Cut Layer (sentiments & stamping) – 4 1/4 x 5 1/2 (before die-cutting)
- Mossy Meadow, Pecan Pie, and Pebbled Path Card Stock:
- Layer – 2 1/2 x 2 1/2
- Let’s Go Fishing Designer Series Paper
- Layer – 2 1/4 x 2 1/4
PROJECT TUTORIAL:
Begin by burnishing the fold of the Very Vanilla Thick Card base with a Bone Folder.
Adhere the Designer Series Paper to the colored card stock layer with Multipurpose Liquid Glue.
Double wrap with vanilla Baker’s Twine Essentials and adhere to the back with Stampin’ Seal +.
Adhere to the card with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
Use a Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine (Standard) to crop the “tackle-box top” (Gone Fishing Dies) from the 4 1/4 x 5 1/2 Very Vanilla layer.
All sentiments and images are stamped onto the coordinating pieces (cropped from the “tackle-box top”) of Very Vanilla in the same ink as the colored card stock layer.
- Good Things – Pebbled Path, Real Red (bobber accent color)
- Happy Father’s Day – Pecan Pie
- Happy Retirement – Mossy Meadow, Wild Wheat (lures accent color)
Adhere all sentiments to the card as shown with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
Crop the images with a Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine (Standard or Mini) and the coordinating Gone Fishing Dies.
Adhere to the cards as shown with Standard or Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals.
Tie a double bow of vanilla Baker’s Twine Essentials and adhere as shown with a Mini Glue Dot.
POP OF PERSONALITY! Embellish the Father’s Day card with a brown Neutrals Adhesive-Backed Sequin.
