The Stampin’ Up! Dainty Delight Bundle is such a show stopper. The detailed florals in Blushing Bride (retiring core color) and Crumb Cake have so much crisp impact layered over Basic Black.
WHAT I LOVE! Stampin’ Up! Matte Black Dots (retiring and on sale) have been my “go to” for a pop of texture on simple cards. The single dot on the sentiment takes this card to WOW!

CUT YOUR CARD STOCK – DIMENSIONS:
- Crumb Cake Card Stock:
- Card Base – 4 1/4 x 11. Scored at 5 1/2
- Die-Cut Stem – 2 1/2 x 5 (before die-cutting)
- Basic Black Card Stock:
- Layer – 2 1/2 x 5
- Basic White Card Stock:
- Layer – 4 x 5 1/4
- Sentiment Layer – 2 3/4 x 3/4
- Flower Centers – Scraps
- Blushing Bride Card Stock:
- Die-Cut Flowers – 3 x 3 (before die-cutting)
- Awash In Beauty Designer Series Paper:
- Layers -1 1/4 x 4 3/4
- Envelope Flap – 5 3/4 x 2 1/4
PROJECT TUTORIAL:
Begin by burnishing the fold of the card base with a Bone Folder.
Layer and adhere the DSP to the Basic White layers together as shown with Multipurpose Liquid Glue and to the card base with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
Adhere the Basic Black layer as shown with Multipurpose Liquid Glue.
Crop the following with a Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine (Standard or Min) and the Dainty Delights Dies:
- Basic White – Flower Centers
- Blushing Bride – Flower Petals
- Crumb Cake – Stem
Assemble and adhere together with Multipurpose Liquid Glue.
Adhere to the Basic Black layer as shown with Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals (flowers) and Multipurpose Liquid Glue (stem).
Tie a bow of Linen Thread and adhere as shown with a Mini Glue Dot.
Use a Clear Block D to stamp the sentiment in Tuxedo Black Memento Ink onto the Basic White layer .
Adhere as shown with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
POP OF PERSONALITY! Embellish the sentiment with one Matte Black Dot (retiring and discounted)
PERFECT POLISH! Use Multipurpose Liquid Glue to adhere the Designer Series Paper to the outside flap of a Basic White Medium Envelope. Trim the edges with a Paper Snips (optional). You can see my video demonstration with tips on adding designer paper to an envelope flap here.
