Today’s simple birthday card is defined by the Stampin’ Up! Balloon Bouquet Punch and the splashy colors of this week’s Pals Paper Arts Color Challenge (PPA297).
The colors of the PPA challenge were suggested by design team member, Jackie Diediker. See more paper crafting ideas using these colors by Jackie and the PPA Design Team and play along here.

I am a little confused. Your Sunflower card is linked to your balloons card, and I would like to know how you created such uniform and wonderful petals for the Sunflowers. I really need to have a simple way to create these petals, as I teach a class at our local Senior Center, and having the pieces ready to go is a necessity. Could you please let me know what you did for this one?
Lovely bunch of balloons, Mary!
Mary, you’ve done it again with a clean and simple masterpiece. Who doesn’t love a bunch of balloons? TFS!!!
Brick Wall please.
i always appreciate your comments, Maria!
Sorry I’m so late, I had a busy day of track meets with our grandkids, but I didn’t want to pass up the chance to tell you this is a fabulous card Mary, good for boys and girls, just by changing the colors.
This is a great bundle.
Clean, simple and stunning. Truly a Mary Fish creation.
Whwn using the balloon punch, what are the options for the strings?
Thanx.
Hi Robie: Excellent question. The Balloon Celebration stamp set has a single and multiple string image. I used the multiple string image on today’s card. You could use a marker to draw a gently curving line(s), too. I love the look of Baker’s Twine or Linen Thread for this purpose as an alternative. M
Great suggestion, Frenchie. I hope to see the photos!
