How about a Simple Saturday easel card? I used the Stampin’ Up! Magnificant Maple stamp (a fall essential) to create a colorful canvas! Tangerine Tango, Soft Sky and Crushed Curry mirror the new banner and color design of my blog (see Stampin’ Pretty Gets a Makeover). Thanks for your overwhelming enthusiasm for the new look. There will be a
new color combination each month (oh, how I can’t wait for you to see the
December holiday banner)!STAMPIN’ PRETTY TIPS:
- Stampin’ Up! Sweater Weather Designer Series Paper offers a very chic palette for fall. I love seeing the the “twist” of Soft Sky for a modern mix.
- To create the easel, cut a 4 1/4″ x 11″ piece of Chocolate Chip card stock and score/fold at 2 1/4″ and 5 1/2″.
- I adhered the 4 1/4″ x 5 1/2″ card front to the smallest folded panel of the easel.
- A touch of 3-D was produced by snipping a single Magnificent Maple leaf stamped in Crushed Curry and popped up on Stampin’ Dimensionals.
