MOJO199 Stampin’ Up! On Board Merry Medley

Stampin up chipboard new home card mojo monday Let's kick-start the week with a new Mojo Monday Sketch Challenge!  I created this card for my sister, who just purchased a new home.  The chipboard house and cloud from Stampin' Up! On Board Merry Medley are "just the thing" for the occasion!

  • Stampin up chipboard heart punch on board merry medley On Board Merry Medley is new in the Stampin' Up! 2011-2012 Idea Book and Catalog.  Many of the chipboard elements coordinate with Stampin' Up! punches.  See images at the end of this post.  Tr?s cool!
  • Just Add Cake Designer Series Paper offers lots of smaller patterns–perfect for card making.
  • I have the best luck using the Stampin' Up! 2-Way Glue Pen to adhere card stock and designer series paper to chipboard.
  • A sand block softens the edges of paper adhered to the On Board shapes.  Have you seen the pretty new Designer Sanding Blocks?

  1. What a great way to celebrate a huge step for your sister. Fantastic card! Theresa x

  2. Mary, you must have been “working” all weekend to share this great card and your awesome.pdf files. I especially like the DP coordinating color list – I am always flipping through my catalog to check colors. Thanks for all you do for us!

  3. Wow, that card ROCKS! I love how you used the chipboard set (my new favorite!) and stamped the sentiment on the cloud. Everything comes together so nicely – the house and heart, the cloud, the colors and papers…

    Nicely done, Mary!

  4. Terrific card. Thanks for using some of the things I was wondering if I really needed. Of course I do.

  5. Super Cute! TFS
    Miranda 🙂

  6. What an interesting take on the sketch! Last night I ended up on the MoJoMonday web site and kept thinking I had seen sketches like that somewhere. NOW I know! You always come up with beautiful but doable designs. Keep up the good work.

  7. Good morning, Mary: WOW!! You made this card just in time for me. A dear friend (who’s also a Triathlete) is finally moving from, a little appartment to a beautiful house. She lives in Valparaiso, IN. so I’m making this beautiful card for her.
Thanks so much for the inspiration.

  8. Mary thanks for sharing those pdf’s for cataloging the colors! I’ll see if I can organize mine a little further! Have a great day! Patti

  9. This is so chipper – how summery sweet!

  10. Awesome card Mary! I love the die cut house, too cute! The colors are fantastic, very cheery!
