When Stampin' Up! Demonstrator Ann Schach (a member of my Stampin' Pretty Pals) told me that she used Stampin' Up! Stampin' Write Markers to color the new Rosettes, I simply HAD to give it a try. Well, gang, my valentine card and today's 1 Minute to "WOW" Video Tutorial prove it works like a charm.

Need a little mojo to start your creative engine today? Julee Tilman's Mojo Monday Sketch (MOJO174) was a delightful opportunity for me to add pretty accessories.
- The crown from Clearly for You stamp set is "dotted" with Basic Rhinestone Jewels. Click for a quick video tip on how to apply them.
- I sponged Marina Mist around the bird circle and Early Espresso on the edges of the sentiment and Marina Mist layer.
- Mini Glue Dots keep the Rosettes firmly in place.
- I stamped the Very Vanilla layer with images from Clearly for You. Running it through my Big Shot with the Square Lattice Textured Impressions Embossing Folder gives it a "tapestry" finish.

Mary,
I just love all of your cards. Besides PPA and Mojo Monday, where do you find inspiration for the layouts for your fabulous cards? I find I struggle with the “where to begin” question: the stamps first, the colors, the layout, etc. etc. Would love your advice! Thanks!
Thanks for the shout out, Mary! Aren’t you amazed at how easy this technique was! Love the card!
Great idea with the rosettes. They turned out fabulous.
Muy bonita flores! I think that this technique just sold me on ordering those flowers!
